This is and edit to the review..6 days after writing the original review, MCE's prices for their in house flower has increased and they now use a tiered pricing system..Blue Magoo used to be $100.00 for a half oz., now it is $130.00 before tax. I know it's not a coincidence that MCE starts a product give away contest where you're reviews on weedmaps and google..the contest was put in place to get good reviews as a way to draw in more customers and be able to justify the pricing.. Oh well...ordered everything that I need to grow my own medicine as everyone else who is able to should do in my opinion. This is the only consumer market that I have ever seen where competitive pricing increases instead of decreases. This has been my go to dispensary for quite awhile now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the products are displayed expertly. The flower is always fantastic and I have never been disappointed in any purchases from here. Now as to the pricing...It is more than fair. All anyone has to do is simply check weedmaps and do a price comparison. Sure you may find lower prices, but lower prices often come with lower quality. MCE, keep doing what you're doing now. See you in a few days. This was my first time visiting Maine Cannabis Exchange. I have checked out several local dispensaries in the area, and my experience at MCE stood out far from the rest! Not only is the product of remarkable quality, the prices were also wallet friendly! Speaking of friendly, Nolan provided me with very knowledgeable explanations of each product, and helped me select a few different items that he felt would be perfect for me… and he was right! The atmosphere was clean and inviting, and I left pleased as punch! I will definitely be back!!

Great bud, great prices, and great staff - it doesn't get better. If you're looking for some guidance or advice, Nolan is a wonderful person to seek for help. They answered all of my questions, were SO friendly and honest about products they had tried and liked, and really made me feel valid and accepted despite my n00by questions. Lots of dispensaries are just out to make a quick buck, especially on inexperienced consumers, but not this place. My new buddy Nolan pointed me in the right direction for my individual needs and treated me with care and appreciation. Three cheers for this spot, but four cheers for the folks who work there.
