Needed a week's turnaround catering for a gathering of 15 people. Called Bill at Terra Cotta and he said okay! Such a relief. On pick-up day I was shocked at the amount. The servings are very generous. That was nothing compared to the quality, taste, and great customer service. The food is really good but sometimes the way they package food in the brown bags just doesn’t make sense. I’ve gotten sandwiches in the past to go that are half out of a small brown bag. But today was the worse yet. I got two of each cookie and they were all stacked on top of each other in a small brown bag. Well when I took them out to put them in an air tight container the soft cookies were absolutely obliterated. The pasta... the ravioli... THE CANNOLIS!!!! I absolutely love Terra Cotta, and when I found out they had cannolis, they are the best I have found in Maine. If you like parm, their basil pesto sauce is for you, and I love their mushroom sauce (great on cheese ravioli even the sweet potato/squash ravioli) and I don’t even like mushrooms.
