El Fogon del Quijote — Restaurant in South River

Newly opened food truck back in Sept 2023, and figured I'd give it a try. Ordered take out paella (2 orders Lobster & 1 crab) and a spanish tortilla. Couple things to note:

1. You have to order a minimum of 2 portions of Lobster, but they'll give you at least 1 whole lobster.
2. Paella takes time, and so I definiittely recommend calling and ordering ahead of time.
3. Portions are really generous, so order accordingly. I think it's good value for price.

Personally the paellas are on the saltier end for me though it works out as you can cut it with your own rice/other foods at home. Flavor is on point and seafood ratio is great. Definitely prepare something to hold the giant trays. Would also order again in the future. Hope this...
