Focaccia Reserve Inc — Restaurant in South San Francisco

I like to go there for their burgers they are delicious. However the service is horrible. I've ordered ahead approximately three times and one time they told me they never received my order even though I had a confirmation. The other times I ordered approximately 1 hour ahead of time because they get busy at lunch time and my burger was not even on the grill yet when I got there and hour later. No disrespect to the people that work there but they don't understand what you are saying so it is very hard to tell them what you want. They sort of just shake their head yes but then do whatever they want to do so you end up with food that is not correct. Somebody needs to be there to guide them...

By far the best salad option near SFO/South San Francisco area. I felt like ordering at Subway where you get to pick each delicious topping to create your own. Protein toppings include grilled salmon. They toss the salads before putting it in the container. The place isn’t a sit-down restaurant but a fast delicious alternative for the area. The food here is overpriced and disgusting. Tried some Chinese food first time and it was sooo salty. Tried a brisket sandwich recently and it had no flavor. And I don’t even think the meat was brisket. It was tough and pale. In a pinch it’s a good spot to pick up food if you work in the towers. Service is also slow for how bad the food has been.
