Went to grab a couple hotdogs and slushie drinks for my kids and waited in-line at the drive thru for almost 25 minutes. When I ordered, I seen there was a 2 for $5 deal for chili dogs, hamburgers and fries and pretzels. I asked if they could get me 2 hot dogs with out the chili for the $5 deal. They said yes. I then went ahead and ordered the two small Misty slushies and a hamburger as well as a pretzel for the 2 for $5. I went to the window and waited another 30 minutes because I only received 1 hotdog, 1 hamburger and 1 pretzel. They came back to the window when they seen I wasn't leaving and I said I was missing items. They gave me the slushies and closed the window. I waited again until someone came back and asked what did I need. I said well I only received 3 food items when I paid for the 2 for $5 for 2 hot dogs and 1 hamburger and 1 pretzel. The kid said ok so you got extra food then? I said no. I'm sorry is there a manager that I can talk to please? Another employee came to the window and asked what the problem was. I said well I only received 3 food items when I paid 2 x for the 2 for $5 deal. I am missing a hot dog. The employee looked at me as if I had 3 heads. She said I don't understand what the issue is......
Basic math here.......I said never mind. I have been in line now for a total of 40 minutes and there's a long line. The manager on shift said oh ok and handed me the receipt. I left and over paid for 4 food items. Only received 3. I was also charged for an additional hamburger that I never ordered and never received.

Read moreI am very disappointed with the service! First afternoon they forgot to give me my chicken sandwich. I called when I arrived to work and they new exactly what I was calling for. I returned the following day and ordered a burger meal with onion rings and asked for my chicken sandwich that they owed me.bi also asked for another order of onion rings to go with my chicken sandwich which I would gladly pay for. I spoke clearly, I thought and I specifically requested mustard only on my burgervas well. Guess what? They didn't add the onion rings and my burger was full of ketchup and Mayo. I called to complain twice because I first noticed the second onion ring order missing, and secondly because I discovered the error on my burger. Oh and when I asked to speak with the manager I was told " she is busy right now, can I take your info". At first I thought it was me not speaking clearly but then I looked at the reviews and realized it's happened to others. I won't visit this Dairy Queen and more during my stay here. Bit of advice owner....read the reviews and fix your issues or you will continue to lose money...
Read moreOver the last year of going to SSC DQ I have had several bad experiences I will share a few now as I am Done going there until they are under new management. They cannot seem to fix there speaker in the Drive thru so communication Is Clear. They have either gotten my order wrong or forgotten to give me something several times as if they just don't Care enough to Pay attention. I have drove all the way across Town several times just to find out they are not even open yet at 11:30am yet the sign says Open 11am used to be 10am. Half the time I have went at 11:30am-12:30pm They tell me the Kitchen is Closed. I have pulled up to the Drive thru several times and waited several minutes without any response from the speaker even after speaking up and trying to get there attention eventually had to pull up to the window and knock on it as they are not paying attention to that either and it's not because they are busy it's because they are on there Phones or Goofing off. Bottom line I will not be returning to the SSC location and I advise everyone else to do the same and not...
