If I could rate this particular location 0 stars......I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! 😡👺😤
Today on 5/3/25, I was doing DoorDash. At around 3:40 PM or so, I picked up a DoorDash order that was to be addressed to some customer whose delivery address turned out to be some invalid address because it was either non-existent or he must have mistyped the numbers or the customer's account was probably some hacker account to provide non-existent housing numbers on streets intended to confuse drivers. I tried contacting the customer about the delivery issue and was driving around for over a half hour trying to see if it was the right address or not, but they didn't respond – which I then submitted an issue that the customer in question provided an invalid address. That's what resulted in going back to the store to return the food due to an invalid address.
At around 4:45-50 PM when I came back, I explained the issue to the female employee whom then became EXTREMELY RUDE and snapped at me with "HE LIVES THREE BLOCKS AWAY!" and then she literally SNATCHED the items from me with FULL FORCE and was clearly making a scene. I then left the store displeased with the attitudes of the employees they have here. PLEASE rewind the cameras so the public can see how this is NOT OKAY for employees to treat customers, including those doing deliveries like this.
Management, PLEASE educate your employees that good social manners and requiring them to issue a formal apology over issues with things are paramount to businesses that deal with customers. This female employee involved COULD have been a LOT nicer and actually gently taken the food I was returning due to a delivery issue for someone who happened to provide an invalid address and whom was non-responsive. Instead, she chose to fly off the handle like she didn't know what else to do, and this is clearly an excuse that doesn't lend to happy customers.
This female employee involved needs to either change her attitude or get dismissed from this company and find a different job if she can't handle customers and issues. I am hopefully not the first person to take notice of her attitude and how she's treated other customers and if she has done things that were against the company's code of conduct when dealing with customers.
Overall, I will not be returning to this location until this place cleans up their act and trains their employees to handle customer complaints and delivery issues with DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. in a professional manner. Read moreOrdered from the SSC location for pickup. The reason being, they are the only location that never seems to be out of something every time I think about ordering from Pizza Hut. Sioux City locations are ALWAYS out of either breadsticks or either thin crust or pan. It's always something with the Gordon Drive and Hamilton Blvd locations. I e never seem to understand how this happens over n over to the point that it gets to be annoying. That would happen one time if I ran the place never to happen again. I'd make sure we had enough dough for every type of crust we made and for breadsticks. No customer would have to order from somewhere else or most often from a different pizza establishment altogether. I know when I would see they were out of this or that I'd just go order from somewhere else. Then I started checking the SSC location, and they always seemed to have available whatever it was we were going to order. We live 15 minutes away and my other half realized she left her purse on the chair. I called immediately and told the lady that we left a purse and where exactly it was at from there computers. The lady responded with what's the name or ID in it. I told her the color of the purse and advised her we are coming right back please just put it behind the counter and my wife will tell you where exactly everything is at and you can verify right in front of her. We walked in and " manager" went to back of store and brought purse up to front counter and purse was opened. We asked if they went through the bag and she stated no and then my wife opened the other pockets and stuff was moved and there are some items missing.
