Subway — Restaurant in South Sioux City

I have visited this Subway on many occasions and know many people that have. I am aware of many of these people filing complaints on a few of the individuals that for some reason are still employed there. These employees are regularly rude, snotty, talk back to customers, and obviously don't seem to care since it has happened on multiple occasions. I know in my world of work, you get this many complaints about your service, changes would be made, whether additional training take place, reduction of hours, and eventually termination of employment. I can't say for certain what was done behind the scenes to address this, but the fact that these couple employees are still working here tells me that it's not enough. There are many employees there that I have never encountered or heard any complaints from, but quite frankly don't understand how management would retain employees that conduct themselves in this manner. By letting these employees remain on, you are basically condoning this behavior, so if that is how you want your business to be known, then more power to you. When I went in there 03/01/2025 the worker was making sandwiches. We waited and when it was time to make our sandwiches he made them horrible/sloppy. He stopped in middle of making our sandwiches to talk to a door dash. Other co worker ended up finishing his job. My sandwich had the bacon towards the crease and all the fixings crammed all on top. My opinion is the he does not need to be working there. No ppl skills and very sloppy. I hope someone reads this and does something bout their worker and the product being sold to the public. Subway ya owe me a BLT because of this horrible/sloppy sandwiches that I bought. Final note the place was dirty, mayo was put on the sandwiches out of the bag, tomatoes were old/not fresh and there was food on the ground from the swinging door to behind the counter. Pls subway do me a favor and look into this. Oh and maybe 3 sandwiches...

My husband and I stopped here on our way through. When we first arrived, the worker was unpacking fresh veggies and meats but didn’t even acknowledge us. I went to order and asked is she was ready for me, snotty she said “yah, I’ve been ready” we should have walked out then! There was another worker who put veggies on my sandwich. She hardly put anything on! A few leaves of spinach, a couple pickles and cucumbers - ridiculous! I’m paying 5$ for this sandwich. She seemed irritated when i asked for more veggies. After the meal, I wanted to use the restroom before leaving; the side of the restaurant was blocked off with chairs. I asked the worker if I could use the bathroom.... she said “no, we closed it at 7:00” (it was around 7:20). It didn’t make any sense at all and it didn’t even seem she cared.
