Plus, after spending hundreds of dollars here every month, they are rude and refused to replace the excuse for a side salad that we were charged $2.99 for. The owners are rude New Yorkers. My family has been ordering from Zios for about 7 years now-often multiple times a week. They do NOT appreciate loyal customers at all. They raise their prices, and told me today that "because of inflation, they don't give a salad with the dinners anymore". My husband is diabetic, so I asked if they could substitute the side of pasta for a small side salad, as a courtesy since we have been customers for so long. Of course, they don't give a damn, and said no. This is the last time we are ordering from these greedy people. Not to mention, the woman owner is extremely condescending on multiple occasions, and she could care less about making customers happy. They have also stolen from me by writing in a $6 tip on my credit card slip without my consent. The delivery guys are super kind, but the people who run the place are greedy and rude. Finally, their food is hit or miss, depending on who is there. Sometimes the food is rushed and bland, sometimes the food is really good. Will be going back to Slice of Italy...

Fantastic! Oh my gosh! We are traveling on our way to New York and stopped in Allentown for the night. Looked for Italian places close to our hotel and this little gem popped up. Always ready to try a local establishment we walked in with big appetites. We were not disappointed! We ordered several items for the table and shared around. The verdict: Fettuccine Alfredo - The Alfredo sauce is amazing!!! Pesto on rigatoni - very good, a little more garlic and basil than we prefer. Meat Lovers Stromboli - wonderful! Ordered the “small”, it went completely around our table and we couldn’t finish it. Very yummy and BIG!! Pizza by the slice - we got “Grandma’s”, Napoleon, and Margherita. The first two are thick crust Sicilian style, last one thin crust New York style. All were delicious! Side salads came with the pasta dishes and they were fresh and had more than just lettuce. Attractively presented and tasty. Portions are LARGE and prices are VERY reasonable. Our server was very pleasant and prompt. Most definitely will be stopping here again on...

I probably looked very disheveled and out of sorts walking in. They may or may not have thought I was stoned from how tired I probably looked. Despite my sleepy unkempt look, they treated me like any other customer and whipped a magnificent pizza after asking repeatedly if I was satisfied with my order. I watched the pizza chef work with his hands, tossing the doe and rounding it out. He really showed great love and care for each pizza he made. If you don't like people touching your food, don't come here, because I don't want pansies or idiots insulting a perfectly good and honest pizza chef. It's a welcome sight for me to see traditionally made pizza. It's not often to see people really make an effort making food these days. The place is clean and the people are frendly. This family owned pizza place was a treat for me and the food is marvelous. If anyone from the family of pizza tossers reads this review, then I want to say thanks again.
