Serendipity is how I found Vin Bin Southboro. I needed a dinner break on my way to Cape Cod. I pulled off onto Rte 9 and after a couple miles saw a small strip mall with a Starbucks. I googled eating places to find out who was open and google only found Tomasso. I’m in the parking lot and it missed Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery and inexplicably, Vin Bin Spirits and Brews
While Vin Bin sells various interesting wines, beers and spirits, it also included a very high quality bistro with high quality farm to table sandwiches soups and salads. One third of the chalkboard menu was devoted to the sources of their supplies! I had a grilled cheese sandwich and an innovative cup of carrot coconut soup, really more of a purée. There were lots more exotic sandwiches. Dessert was a cup of ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery.

I got "the chief", a Thanksgiving sandwich with turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing. There were maybe three cubes of stuffing (which were crunchy...), but what really got me was the giant piece of cartilage and chunks of fat I found mixed in with my turkey.
