Yama Fuji Asian Cuisine is 5 Star Delights and one of the best Chinese Restaurants around. My teammates and I have enjoyed their delicious, big portioned and affordable lunch menus such as their L8 Teriyaki of tender and mouthwatering beef teriyaki that captivates you from first aroma to last bite with caramelized sweet onions, carrots and broccoli that leaves you satisfied but craving more. L9 Beef Negimaki sweet sliced beef roll with scallion in teriyaki sauce is exceptionally tantalizing. Their white rice is always fresh, light, fluffy and never sticky nor steal and tastes fabulous! Next the Mushroom Soup with clear broth, white mushroom and scallion is a tasty treat and compliments any main dish. The Miso Soup of soy bean paste with seaweed bean curd and scallion makes Me So Happy! So we saw this little sushi place on the side of the road and decided to give it a try. We ordered a Yama Fuji Roll for takeout. The sushi was done in literally 5 minutes which is so much faster than most other sushi restaurants and it tasted amazing!!!! I think it had 8 or 9 rolls inside the box and it was $15.

That taste was so good! The tempura was really crunchy, the mango didn’t overpower, the avocado was just 🤤 it was great on all aspects!! It also had crabmeat inside which for the price, is a pretty sweet deal.

At first my friend and I liked the place, the menu has a variety of dishes, and I was exited to try their boba! But unfortunately our waitress couldn’t pass the message about product substitution to the kitchen. That was alright and after we asked her to fix it she did by bringing the missing ingredient.
