Aug 2024 Update: Still 5 stars, but we need to level HTE - your consistency is dropping. I've ordered more than 5 times over the past 6 months, and the food is not the same flavor or quality. Friday orders and Monday orders almost seem like they come from different restaurants. Friday's pork is juicy and well marinated and the fries are crispy and seasoned. Monday's pork is dry and lacks flavor and the fries resemble fast food fries. I hope these issues are addressed because when this food is on, it's ON and the best food in town! Amazing Restaurant with delicious dishes. Really friendly and courteous staff. Nice they have beer on tap and served mix drinks as well. I've been several times now and have tried something different almost every time. The pork belly ruben is amazing, burgers are amazing and feature locally sources ingredients. The ramen is very good, only issue is it is not served with authentic ramen noodles, but recently they added rice noodles options that is a better fit for the dish. Expect to spend $15-25 a person, but this place is a treat for your tastebuds! Menu uploaded is from Dec 2023.

Every cocktail (and the man who made them) were absolutely amazing!! Best cocktails I’ve had in New England, never mind central Mass. The vibes and tastefulness reminds me of something I’d be happy to find in Philly or Brooklyn, or speak easies in Annapolis. And the food… can’t wait to go back to try more things on the menu. Selfishly, I want this to stay a hidden secret, but the reality is this place, and the people running it, deserve it to be well know. Their thoughtfulness, care, and love of the craft shows. I lovedddd the dinner vibe meet high end. For the quality of the food and drink, nothing was over priced. I cannot wait to return, and I don’t get to say that often. Our server forgot multiple things, but everything was corrected promptly. Honestly 10/10, the bartended took great care of us.

Lastnight we had the pleasure of visiting Honest Town Eats with our family of four! Let me tell you they did not disappoint. From the moment you enter the space once known as Billis Coffee Shop ( where I visited regularly as a child) giving it a nostalgic feel. The lovely lighting and artwork really fit the vibe. Now onto the food and drinks, we started off with some appetizers that we completed with ease they were so good! All of our meals were so flavor packed....try the Ramen it's my personal favorite! We even had to squeeze in some dessert to top things off then we rolled out the door full and Happy! So thankful that Mike Arrastia and Daniel Attella have brought high end delicious food back to Southbridge. Come check it out you will not be disappointed.

New restaurant in Southbridge and is a nice addition to Southbridge restaurants with a fresh take on a lot of dishes. As another reviewer mentioned, it is like an upscale diner with a full bar which I think is a good description. Sichuan marinated cukes were a good, fresh appetizer. It was cucumbers in a chili oil type sauce with I think crunchy onions on top. They were also very reasonably priced. Pork Belly Reuben was phenomenal with a lot of meat inside that was extremely soft and fatty (which you want in a pork belly). A heavier meal with the pork belly and cheese, but really tasty. I liked the look inside, although it was a little small and might be harder for larger groups because of the small tables.

3.5. Nice menu and cute space. First time visiting and had a decent experience. Service staff was polite and friendly. I ordered the fried chicken and corn cakes. The bacon was the saving grace as it was perfectly crispy. The corn cakes were pretty good. The fried chicken had basically no flavor or seasoning and I had to ask for salt and hot sauce. Serving gloopy fake maple syrup in New England is wild. That was disappointing. Just season your food better. All 4 of us agreed that there was no salt or seasoning on anything. Just some feedback because you have the foundation, it just needs some fine tuning, in my opinion.

We recently tried Honest Town Eats at the recommendation from a friend. We were immediately impressed with the trendy vibe & welcoming staff. It has a converted old diner atmosphere with new accents & nice vintage lighting. The menu is eclectic & very authentic which is a nice change from all the run of the mill recipes you can find anywhere else. The calamari is out of this world. The staff is extremely helpful & accommodating with many custom cocktails & craft beer. We were waited on by Jesse & Violet & can’t wait to go back & make our way through the menu. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!!
