Not good customer service! I had an allergic reaction to the horchata which claims to not have any type of peanut products. In the typical recipe, it does not include any nut products. I am deathly allergic to peanuts and had a reaction to this one sip in. I asked the employees if it had any nut products and they said it didn’t. They added that someone had previously had an allergic reaction just as I did. There was no sign advertising that it may cause a reaction to those allergic to nut products. When I approached the manger to let her know and to ensure this didn’t happen to any other people, she was very rude and claimed I was the one at fault for the allergic reaction. She had no empathy or compassion for my near death experience and did not take any action to do what she could to help me. I had to run out of the restaurant to go and get Benadryl at CVS. Not to mention, there was no apology for the situation! Do...
Read moreMy husband and I were visiting family in Southbridge, MA and were so glad to have stopped in to, what we believe, is the only taco place in town. Having had incredible, authentic Mexican food in different places, including California, Arizona and different parts of Mexico, we were curious and excited to try a New England version. Taqueria La Siguanaba didn't disappoint. We had the Tacos De Birria that comes with three large tacos. It was like a flavor explosion in your mouth! The meat, cheese, cilantro and seasoning made for a tasty, juicy combo, the taco shell just the right texture and the dipping sauce was perfect. It was a little on the greasy side, but it was so delicious that I didn't care. The restaurant was also clean and the service was good, so we'll definitely come back next time...
Read moreBeen here twice. Their birria tacos are incredible. The corn tortillas are not tiny Street size, a bit bigger, and they fill that taco up! The meat is not ever chewy (one place in Worcester makes birria tacos and the beef was very tough and chewy). La Siguanaba has tender, moist, flavorful beef in the birria tacos. Lots of flavor, very moist/wet, with just the right amount of touch of onion and cilantro. The taco is crispy from being fried, and it comes with delicious juice/broth. We tried another place for birria tacos to see what out there and that was a big mistake, it won’t be as good as La Siguanaba!! So we went to Taqueria La Siguanaba, always!!!!!!! BTw the Pain Death Tacos are similar to Birria tacos but just super duper spicy. My husband loves spicy and this definitely hit the...
