So...I ordered last night. Estimated time of delivery was 30 min. I waited an extra 20 before I called. I was using the tracker and it showed 'quality check' for 20 min. I called and they said it was out for delivery. After that on the tracker, it said 'out for delivery' lolol. I finally got it and it had the wrong toppings. It was 230 at night, store is closed so I had a slice coz what else am I supposed to do.
Called them this morning...had this HORRIBLE cashier with no customer service experience talk to me. He said 'if u ate the pizza, we cant do anything about it'. I explained to him...it was 230 at night and the store was closed! I had the rest of the pizza SAVED which I could bring in WITH THE RECIEPT if he wanted. Then I asked to speak to the manager. He said 'the manager said hes busy and he will call u back in an hour'. I wait an hour and half. I call back and the same HORRIBLE cashier answers and said...maybe u should bring in the pizza. I'm like...please can I speak to the manager. CHARLES, THE MANAGER said 'this must be special, I'm handing out pizzas here and really busy and answering your phone call'. WHAT. THE. HELL?
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. LIKE????
I'm paying for food for YOUR BUSINESS...that was LATE and WRONG...and you're ANNOYED with me??

Read more8:30: Ordered 14 piece chicken wings and bread sticks, estimated delivery 50 minutes to an hour.
8:54: Tracker says driver left with food.
9:25: Called Domino's to ask why it had been a half hour since the food left since we are only 6 minutes away. Greeted by very rude woman who said "your food's out." When I asked why it had been a half hour since they left she said "that cant be possible, your order is out," and hung up.
9:40: Order is marked "delivered" when it has not arrived.
9:45: Called Domino's again and spoke with a helpful guy who informed me that the new driver "got lost" and he was going to send him out again. At this point our food was an hour old. I asked about that and he offered to remake it, but with working in the morning I couldn't be up until 10:30 waiting for some chicken.
I have been ordering regularly from here, and I am very disappointed tonight. Terrible customer service, and terrible job keeping us informed. They need to let customers know what's going on without having to be asked. Also, why are they lying on their tracker? The lost driver was returning to the store at 9:40 but they marked it delivered.. May contact corporate to let them know about...

this store is an outstanding opposite from what Domino's wants their franchises to be. This location disorganized and improperly staffed. When you have 8 people in the kitchen and they don't stick to individual tasks it leads to chaos and if there is a manager on staff they don't announce them-self or make their presence known unless called upon. 8 people in a kitchen isn't a team without some kind of leadership. Also when I see 3 different employees handle raw and cooked food without gloves in less than 15 minutes that seriously makes me question the "ServSafe" standards that the Domino's teaches its employees. The real kicker is getting home to find that neither of your pizza's are cut and one is severely under-cooked while the other was cooked perfectly and left under a heat lamp for at least 20 minutes.
I'm not going here again and you shouldn't either, take the extra time and go to a different store with competent employees that have some customer...
