Update(16th of July 2019) Never get it involved ... Update (25th of Apr. 2019) Where is the way to get resolved... Update (12th of Apr. 2019) Hopeless。。。 Update (28st of Mar. 2019) No one bothers to reply,,, Update (21st of Mar. 2019) Is there anyone responsible for reply in your Gallery please? Update (11th of Mar. 2019) NOTHING STILL... Update(26th of Feb. 2019) No reply at all... What happens...Who is in charge of...Why keep silence... Update (17th of Feb. 2019) DISAPPOINTED that so far still no progress, no reply, no communication from all emails I sent to Park West Gallery. Imagine you joined the auction on ship, and auctioned expensive artworks, thought would enjoy the beauty of arts everyday at home after. However, what delivered is not what you bought on auction in the end. Who dares to purchase next time!!! And where is their professional ethics!!! Update (10th of Feb. 2019) I cannot accept Park West Gallery's resolution for when I requested a full money refund including coverage for all shipping charges for the refunding of products with the reasons are as followed: 1. Two pieces of artworks that I intended to purchase on the cruise ship have been swapped out to ones of lower quality with different Registration No. to the original ones I had seen on ship (See attached photos). And I was promised by the auction manager on the ship the artworks I purchased on ship will be delivered to my home. Otherwise I dare not purchase just in case. Your resolution: No resolution! Your reason is given: -" I was able to confirm this was the ONLY style & size of this piece displayed on the ship, and this is what the client received." ===> This is a lie, I have been cheated of my money and sent sub par goods that were not the items I selected on the cruise ship, although they are the same style, but they are not the same ones with individual registration numbers of both arts shown. And the photos I took on the ship which can be proofed as below (See attached photos): Hometown Morning: the number of art I purchased: 295/790 I/P the number of Delivered: 171/790 I/P Lamplight Manor: the number of art I purchased: 3132/4850SN the number of Delivered: 1094/4850SN 2. The frames of 2 artworks delivered are of much lower quality as well, differing to what I selected on the ship when I purchased and shown in the Invoice.(See attached photo). Resolution: Park West Gallery agrees to deliver new frames as per Invoice that I selected on ship, and agreed to pay up to $100 each for fitting as per actual invoices. ===> Appreciated. However, the most important thing is the arts themselves which are the main arts and show the value, but now they have been swapped, why? where is your professional ethics? 3. Still haven't received Thomas Kinkade album as shown in Invoice and promised by the auction manager. As everyone can see, the above 3 issues are caused not by me, by your staff of Company. If you guys can stick to the agreement on the Invoice, give back the original ones I purchased, and make apology, I am still happy to have them. Otherwise, I have the right to claim my full money back, and any other expenses related to this deal. I've never been told that 40/40 Refund policy, 15% voucher when I purchased, and they shouldn't be applied to me, as I haven't done anything wrong from my side. What I have asked is the FAIRNESS!!! Update (2nd of Feb. 2019) It has been 5 days past no reply. Update (29th of Jan. 2019) Thank you for your reply here! As per your request below, I sent you another email just now, please check. Update (27th of Jan. 2019): 24th of Jan. 2019 I'm glad to see the above positive reviews, however, my experience is very opposite. I won't comment now, still waiting for their reply to my email.

I've been collecting with Park West for several years now. Overall, it's been a great experience. I've bought enough to be invited to several VIP events. 2 on land & 1 at sea. As most people, I imagine, I started collecting on board the cruise ships. The auctions are exciting & it's a bit addictive. You learn a lot about art & the different ways copies can be made. Lots of new vocabulary to learn about the kinds of art reproductions. Basically, I honestly don't care if it is an original or a copy, if I like it. Although originals are cool to own, they can be very expensive. I buy the art because I like it, not because it will be a good investment. I have bought things that are quite valuable and will probably become even more valuable as the years go on. But it's not easy to sell art & certainly there is no guarantee that you will recoup your investment. Park West does have a program that you can sell your stuff back, but, I'm not sure how it works The VIP events are the best way to collect because not only are you really treated like VIPs, they include many valuable things in the purchase price, like the appraisal, frames, shipping, etc. And they bring in the artists for you to meet & offer special paintings that are done just for the event.. They also offer special ways to pay for the pieces that you fall in love with but can't afford right now. They also have art that you wouln't get to see, much less own, typically, like Picassos, Dalis, Rembrandts, etc. The land VIP events, we stayed at the Ritz Carlton Dallas for four days, where we had an open bar, attended special events just for us & got to see & collect beautiful works of art from our favorite painters. We also got to meet the artists & spend time with them. We met three artists at each land VIP event. Then I was invited on a sea VIP event. They paid for a balcony cabin for me & a friend on a week long Norwegian cruise and all we had to pay for were our airline tickets to Miami (& whatever shore excursions, spending money, etc.) Open bar at the events, and we met four artists, including the one who designed the hull of the ship! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I have had terrible customer service experiences. But once you get the email of somebody in the company, then you can contact them & get resolution for your issue. I've just given up on their customer service department, but everything else has been so great with this company, that I can overlook that issue. Nowhere else would I have had this opportunity to collect art & meet the artists. Even if I hadn't had the opportunity to participate in the VIP events, I would not have had the chance to buy the art I have that I get to look at & enjoy on a daily basis if they did not have the art programs on the various cruise lines. If you've never been to an art auction on a cruise ship, you should try it the next time you cruise. If nothing else, you can get free Champagne & probably a free art print, but if you find something you really like, you'll be able to hang it up & enjoy it everyday, thanks to Park West Gallery giving you that opportunity. The pictures I've attached are of some of the art that I've collected... The prices I've paid range from less than $100 to a few thousand. They always have ways to win gift certificates, inexpensive prints, etc. They are for everyone, not just the super rich.

I could not be more displeased with this company! I commissioned a painting from Michael Goddard, I understood when I purchased this painting that it was coming in a certain frame. But when I received my artwork the frame was broken in all four corners and come to find out it was a extremely cheap plastic framing, along with only a piece of plexiglass. I tried to get the company to help me reconcile my framing issue, my only options were to have them send me the exact same cheap frame take it to a local framer and have them reframe it but they would only reimburse me up to $100! Or they would send me a FedEx label to send the painting back to them they would reframe it and send it back to me. When I asked if I could purchase a new frame they said it would cost me at least $799! This company had invited me on an all-paid trip to Asheville North Carolina to see more of the artist work that did this painting for me. I canceled the trip and I absolutely refused to ever do business with part Gallery West again. Not one person from that company has called me in regards to my disappointment and have certainly let them know how disappointed I am with their company. I went to reframe the painting myself when I did I found out that their company had actually taped my painting to the backboard, the framer was afraid to remove the tape because it might destroy the painting. I cannot believe that this is the type of product they are producing for Michael Goddard! Never again Park Gallery West! The first picture is the new framing the rest of the pictures are of the cheap plastic framing and the damage.

2019) I cannot accept Park West Gallery's resolution for when I requested a full money refund including coverage for all shipping charges for the refunding of products with the reasons are as followed:

Two pieces of artworks that I intended to purchase on the cruise ship have been swapped out to ones of lower quality with different Registration No. to the original ones I had seen on ship (See attached photos). And I was promised by the auction manager on the ship the artworks I purchased on ship will be delivered to my home. Otherwise I dare not purchase just in case.

And the photos I took on the ship which can be proofed as below (See attached photos):

Hometown Morning: the number of art I purchased: 295/790 I/P the number of Delivered: 171/790 I/P

Lamplight Manor: the number of art I purchased: 3132/4850SN the number of Delivered: 1094/4850SN

Appreciated. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! a complete mess went on my first cruise ever went to an art auction saw some pieces that I liked. I bid on them for one price. The prices on most of my paintings were correct. One of my paintings that I was told was sold to me in a set, but it was by two different artists. One piece was supposed to be half of the price from what I was charged the other piece I never received and don’t get me started on the synchrony company that they use for their line of credit. I had two accounts opened one of them was a joint account with my mother which our names were not to be together on an account and then a second account under just my name for a totally different amount that I never authorized or knew about until I checked my credit report three weeks later our names are spelled wrong. It was A whole complete mess then when I finally did get a credit card statement, none of the prices on the credit card statement nor the transaction dates match up with what is on my Park West gallery invoice from the ship I was told I would have 36 months at zero interest to pay it off yet the credit card statement says 18 do not buy from this company.
