The word incompetent does not begin to describe the method of manner by which the employees at this Burger King location approach their job responsibilities. In all fairness the fault should not lie with them but rather with their subpar management. I entered the Burger King to place an order for a number six chicken meal there were two people in front of me after approximately 5 minutes where they had not been allowed to place their order nor I I decided to proceed through the drive-thru for the food. After paying at the first window and proceeding the second windows I was told that my food was not ready and I'd have to put my vehicle up approximately 20 ft and my food would be delivered to me by an employee. Five minutes later the employee told me that the food was still not ready and they would need an additional five more minutes. 10 minutes after placing my order the employee finally delivered the food however had forgotten to bring my barbecue sauce tonight explicitly asked for when I paid and when I was told on the second window that they would need additional time to fulfill my order. Read moreI really hate doing reviews of places online, especially fast food spots, but I've lived down the street from this burger king for years & have seen it go from great to terrible. My friend stopped going recently because he got a whopper & it tasted disgusting, however they cooked it. No exaggeration here, the last 10 times i've been here, the wait is always terrible. I've been here when there's no line, & the drive-thru person takes forever to get on the mic & take my order (and don't ask or offer me any sauce for my chicken fries), I've been here in the middle of the day, and had to leave the line after waiting almost 20 minutes because it had moved maybe 1 car spot in the time. They have a 2nd drive-thru lane that's not even working half the time, & they give you your napkins at the first window, where you pay, instead of at the 2nd window, in the bag, which is just a really backwards way of doing that. The only time in recent memory where I got my food in a timely correct manner was when I went there at 4 in the morning one night, so there's that I guess. Read moreUNBELIEVABLY incompetent at this location. The only reason I stopped by today, was because I saw there were no cars in the drive thru. None. Zero. Zilch. None at the screen to order, and none at the window. So as a result of this - silly me, I actually thought they would be quick. And yet it took 10 minutes to get through it. They were slow to take my order, and slow to make it. Well, even 10 minutes I could live with - but even with that wait THEY STILL GOT MY ORDER WRONG. It was a simple order - two breakfast sandwiches, 1 a biscuit, and 1 a croissant, both made the same way. Apparently that simple order was too difficult for them, and they got it wrong. I had to go through the line again, and after a long wait they told me they were now out of biscuits. Fine - in that case, I'll have a quick substitution please, just another croissant made the same way. But then they took ANOTHER 10 MINUTES for that - something that most Burger Kings are able to do in 1 minute. Awful experience (and this is not the first bad experience there - but this was beyond ridiculous.)
