Fist off if you need to actually use the pullout couch that comes with your reservation please call ahead because you'll get there and they'll inform you at the desk that they don't have the accommodations that you booked months in advance. The staff at the front desk are beyond rude. They either don't acknowledge you or they refuse to make eye contact with you as if you're bothering them asking them to do their jobs. The elevator goes out(multiple times, the single one they have) and they stand their and watch you press the button until you ask if it's working. They make no effort to show you where the stairs are, when you ask and they finally acknowledge that you existence you find out you have to walk the entire length of the building to get to the stairs. Then walk it again when you make it to your floor just to get to your room, just to find out the room key stopped working. My mistake that I went shopping when it happened to stop working again then had to make multiple trips up the stairs to get the items.... Idk who gave this place 5 stars but they had to have been walking around with their eyes closed. Please if you're reading this take your time and find somewhere else to go where they'll appreciate you choosing them...

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This property is infested with roaches 🪳 🪳🪳 🪳And although the rooms look to be newly remodeled, this place is clearly gaslighting the public and needs to be shut down until they can exterminate the entire building!

I will say, that after noticing the 1st roach, I immediately alerted the front desk clerk and he was very apologetic. He said he would have someone from housekeeping come up to our room to spray and clean the room. While waiting for housekeeping, that’s when I noticed two more roaches crawling on the wall. Then, my daughter pointed out 4 more dead baby roaches in the window seal. We immediately packed up our belongings and went back down to the front desk and demanded a refund.

We got the refund but will never ever go back there again! Currently looking into reporting them to the Better...

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This property is infested with roaches 🪳🪳🪳. I left there over a month ago. I have not been near a roach in over 30 years. They were crawling on the door of the room next to me.

Since leaving I have had to throw away my juicer, blender, and air fryer. Every time I open up something of mine since I left a roach is coming out of it.

I completely disgusted, angry, and overwhelmed. I even have video that I can’t upload here.

We were waiting to move into a new house and now I have to throw almost everything away.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! There is an Extended Stay America on 12 Mile in Farmington Hills and one a little further up 12 Mile in Novi.
