Very disappointed in my experience today. Employee (unmasked) behind the counter who later identified herself as a manager was quite rude exhibiting poor customer service and poor sanitary practices. Observed helping a customer at register while texting on her phone in her left hand and sneezing then rubbing her nose with her gloved right hand while capping the customer coffee drink.  No MASK on either! Continued to text on her phone while cashing out the customer.  I asked her to wash her hands, get new gloves and  put down her phone before helping me and she agreed but walked away from counter to give me time to order. Her co worker (also unmasked) came to register and I suggested that there should be a mindfulness for customer service and no one should be texting on their phone while helping a customer. That employee said that the other employee was a manager. The manager overheard me and says that she will wash her hands so "is there any other problem because I am the manager". I expressed my concern with her poor hygiene and poor customer service due to texting on her phone while helping a customer. She was dismissive of my concern and stated that she was texting the owner anyways. I tried to reiterate my point but her tone turned more negative and I decided to leave and go patronize the 10 mile & Telegraph location of DD/BR instead. There, the staff was masked, observed washing their hands before helping me and no cell phones to be seen.  I won't come to this location again and strongly recommend the owner reevaluate the operations at...

I usually dont write reviews, but just had the most unprofessional experience with the two ignorant employees working the evening shift! I was asked to pull around the front door because I ordered 2 banana splits. Was asked several times my ordered. After waiting 15 mins, I thought they forgot about me and walked in the store to remind them that I was still waiting. One girl had a stank attitude and said you haven't been waiting that long? Very nasty response and then the uglier pregnant one had the nerve to say I'm on my break? The store was completely empty and there was no reason for it to take that long for my order. When I got my order, it was wrong, so the pregnant one saw that my older was incorrect so her lazy @#$ got up and said she is entitled to a break cuz she pregnant?? Really, you lucky you got a job and if you dont feel well then take your butt home or dont come to serve the public. Bad attitudes and rude behavior will get you exactly where you at....no where!! Such a shame, a paying customer and homeowner in the area has to encounter such poor treatment. They both need to be fired!! Baskin Robbins rep is being smeared by two ghetto chicks with very low mentality!! Very disappointed customer, will only go visit during the morning shift now, they seem to have some decency...

Lady through drive thru was extremely rude. I asked for a brownie sundae, they stated they did not sell it anymore even though it’s still listed online. Due to the limited ice cream menu, I asked to come in, and they stated they could not accept people inside the store right now, which I understood due to Covid protocols. I then proceeded to pull the menu up from my phone because the items I am used to ordering were no longer available. About 20 seconds passed, and the woman through the drive thru yelled through the speaker and proceeded to say “IS YOU READY TO ORDER” with a major attitude even though I asked for another minute to complete my order. I drove off because I did not appreciate her attitude and it was extremely rude. I go to this DD/BR because I try to support black women who are in the food industry and this is the closest one to me with people of color working. I will not be coming back to this location and was highly disappointed in her lack of patience. And no one was even behind me when I was waiting so I was again confused on why she was rushing me.
