Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Southfield

Today's visit location was clean I was there shortly after they open clean nice staff BUT I notice they were not wearing gloves along pizzas I watched the lady answer the phone , look through a book then went back to making pizzas without gloves and when I asked why don't they wear any gloves while touching food items I was told they didn't have to because of there oven heating to 450 degrees I was quite concerned considering I waited 15 mins for my pizza that was served COLD NO WAY IT JUST CAME OUT THE OVEN , I TOOSED THE FOOD DIDNT ASK FOR A REFUND BUT I have been to other locations and they do wear gloves especially with whats going in the world communicable diseases out here it takes 5 seconds to put on a pair of gloves ! If your on pizza station than only make pizzas not doing 3 or 4 other things and coming back touching food content, I was told they wash there hands in btw bit didn't see neither of them wash there...

ordered during peak lunch time on 8/13/2021 at 12 noon. walked into a full lobby and a guy picking up an extremely large order. one by one people left to wait outside as per posted on the door, 3 people in lobby at a time. A "karen" was refusing to wait outside for her door dash order and was verbally abusing this poor employee when they are clearly busy and short staffed. The young guy working the counter as very polite and was doing all he could and was running around to try and handle it. I wish I had cash, I was going to tip him and the others $30. They deserve it. He had tattoos and kindof puffy hair, caucasian guy. didnt catch his name. Eventually my order was done and I went on my way, and karen was still in there causing issues. Multiple people were being very rude to the cashier and all he could do was say sorry. He deserves a raise or a bonus or something. Food...

Just left this place. Ordered the quattro. They tried giving me the one in "the box". I asked how long has it been in there? He lied and said a few minutes then when I asked to see the ticket that said the time, he changed his mind and yelled to the back to make a fresh 1. I wait in the car 10mins, go back in, he give me the pizza, and I leave. I get to lahser and 10 to hand my son a pizza and its luke warm! Not fresh at all. I look for the sticker that should be on there. No sticker. So he just gave me the pizza that was in "the box" for who knows how long. The exact pizza that i did not want.
