I ordered a #9 and a #11 combo. I seen they charged me for both the combos and it even said cruller and chocolate dip on the screen. I get my food and there are no doughnuts or hash browns in my bag so I pull back through the drive thru and told them they forgot them so they said ok pull forward. When I get to the window they tried to charge me again and would not give me the doughnuts or hash browns and said they didn't charge me for the combo when they actually did. I was not going to pay again so I left. This is not the first time I've had issues with this place. They rarely get the order correct and always have excuses. Also, one day I went there and they open at 5 am. I was the first and only car in line and they let me wait in the drive thru until 5:13 am until they took my order. I told them I want the bacon everything combo and they said they are not serving breakfast yet. So they let me wait there for nothing. I am not the only one who has had issues with this place. I am not one to complain, but this is ridiculous and I will never go there again. Great job Tim Hortons! Read moreStarted to go here for my morning coffee and egg bites. Usually good service and friendly drive through. However, Today was completely different. I asked for my coffee, doughnut, and a side of creamer. I got the coffee and doughnut and as I waited and the lady said have a nice day, she immediately picked up her phone and started texting, I figured she forgot the creamer so no big deal, until I said in the most friendly way "excuse me, can I get a side of creamer please". She ignored me and continued to text on her phone. After sitting for about 20 seconds and she was glued to her phone instead of helping me out I stated "I guess not", and drove off.
I am not sure who the manager is but your employee phones should be put away until there are no customers in view. She should have put the phone down, acknowledged me, and just grabbed the creamer or said something. Don't ignore your customer. I may just be one person, but the more this happens, the more customers who won't return; ultimately affecting your sales, expenses, and overall budget.

Read moreI go to this Tim Hortons at least twice a day. As a matter of fact, I go to several Tim Hortons in the area throughout the day…this is by far my favorite. The staff are kind hard-working professionals, and keep the food and coffee hot and fresh at all times. I cannot say enough about how friendly and fast the staff are at the drive-through…..Every morning around 6:30 AM I am in line. It usually doesn’t take more than 3 to 5 minutes to get through the line and get fresh coffee.
At other Tim Hortons in the area, often times the lines are super long and the coffee they give is old and rancid .. However, this Tim Hortons off of 10 mile and telegraph always has the freshest coffee the freshest donuts and other great drinks. If you are looking for a friendly face, great coffee, and overall great experience at a local Tim Hortons, this is your spot.
