I've been to a lot of Subways, but the one at 13351 Dix Toledo Road in Southgate, Michigan, is by far the best! From the moment you walk in, you notice how exceptionally clean and organized the store is—it’s spotless, like nothing you've seen. Julie and JJ are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of, no matter what you need.

I ordered a 12-inch sub, and they didn’t just make it—they loaded it up! Every ingredient was fresh, and they made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. You can really tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers.

The sub was fine, but the device was lacking. Two employees during rush hour. I noticed one left as I was walking in, and was walking back in an I was walking out. She was smoking a cigarette. Really?

The line girl said they had calls made for pickup from a delivery service, and the line was getting bigger by the second. Not to mention there was a new girl who was getting flustered. Not her fault, it's the smoking employees fault, it there one who approved her to go smoke during rush hour.

JJ and her team were slammed during the dinner rush and was taking care of their customers including myself the best of their ability.
