I've been coming here since I was a kid I've always had good expectations of this place I recommend it to almost everybody I know recently they've hired a lot of new people and all the new hires have been extremely extremely rude we've had some who are very polite but I'm sorry when coffee starts getting spilled while going through the drive-thru because people do not pay attention enough to put the lids on so they squeeze a little too hard and it goes all over you and then throw a fit because you asked for napkins and they will not replace the coffee that they just filled all over you because it is your fault that you were not pulled close enough even though we were all the way up to the window I have a lot of problems here Nikki has caused nothing but problems and she's extremely rude when we come in here my fiance worked here because I have had nothing but great experiences with them but after he left and after people left after him they were hiring a ton of new people and they have not been keeping the tables clean there's ants all over the place flies are landing on Donuts you can look in the donut cabinet and there's ants on the donuts I would not tell my biggest enemy to come here and you know what I will say my father is still loyal to the place and he still comes and gets coffee there but every time we go in here his coffee is made wrong there's no sugar added to it last week he got pretty much a black coffee because they made the coffee throw it to him and want to put a sleeve on it when I put a little bit of ice in it and ended up giving him a unstuck coffee we got home and there was a clump of sugar in the bottom of his coffee and he gets a double-double and it is so bad that they didn't even stir the coffee are the older people are still sweethearts who are there but everybody else who has been recently hired I had nothing but problems with except for one or two people shame on you guys we used to love coming here I used to love taking my 2-year-old hair and you guys just trying to friendliness to stir the roof especially with you mean morning manager having a kid but now I hate to say I wouldn't...

I specifically said no tomatoes and no mayo and got the order repeated back to me the way I said it and what do you know Drove all the way home to find that my order was totally wrong. I drove back up there to take them back. The lady at the drive thru remembered me. Plus the sandwiches weren’t toasted very cold. Asked for manager to get something complimentary because of the drive all the way back and forth and the fact that they couldn’t get a simple order right is it that hard to make a right order. and all the manager told us was he can make the sandwiches over that’s it we couldn’t get anything complimentary. He was very rude and had a smirk on his face which this is no laughing matter. I won’t be at this location anymore. I thought it might be ok but from these other reviews and the fact the workers on the inside seem to just stand around one had headphones on, standing around like zombies and you have a immature manager who obviously can’t manage anything or can compensate for a messed up order... yeah you corrected our order but a free donut or drink would of been nice. Read moreOrdered through the mobile app twice. Yesterday morning I look at my breakfast sandwich while waiting on my coffee it was a muffin not a biscuit. The lady inside trys to make it seem like I ordered the wrong sandwich. I show her my reciept on my app and she remade it for me, it was cold and just thrown together. Today I order the same thing (just reordered on the app) get my coffee breakfast sandwich comes it's a biscuit so I leave. I get home and open the sandwich and it's just egg and cheese the cheese didnt even melt. I clearly have to push no egg two times on the app to remove the egg from the sandwich. I'm paying almost 5 dollars for a sandwich that's only 2 dollars if you get a sausage and cheese biscuit in the store but there's no option for it on the app. Long story short the coffee is almost never hot they can never get your order correct even when it's the easiest thing to make. How hard is it to make a breakfast sandwich? Then the manager acts like the customer is an inconvenience to her and it's our fault they can't read an order.
