KFC — Restaurant in Southgate

It was a train wreck. The manager does not know how to manage her shift. Was very busy and instead of managing her crew she just stood in the back making chicken instead of having a crew member do it. When she wasn't doing that she was texting on her phone. She had no sense of urgency just slowly walking around doing nothing. The inside cashier was packed with customers and had to keep going back to fill the orders. There were two working drive through and were standing around waiting for product to come up . Instead of helping the front cashier they just stood there no direction from the manager. The dining room looked like it had not been touched all day, every table was dirty and the floor was filthy and trash cans over flowing. We got the buffet all you can eat and waited 48 minutes for a refill. The front cashier just kept taking more orders and then going back to fill them. So all the buffet people that were waiting for refills just kept standing at the counter not being helped. When I finally got my refill I looked around and there were 11 other people standing behind me waiting. The front cashier was doing everything she could but no one cares to help her. Obviously all they cared about was the drive through customers. I even heard the manager say at one time she was just going to close the dining room. They could have handled it all if the manager would have utilized her people correctly. This is the third time I've been in this KFC on Dix in Southgate mi when she was working and every time it was a nightmare. She has no business being a manager. It was Sunday Feb 25 when I was there. Take my advise and visit another location. Even the food was bad not like it usually is. Cold and not cooked properly. Hi just moved back around to the area i love kfc ate at kfc.s alot in my 40 years anyhow today i visited this kfc in southgate i went in to order my usual 5 box and decided to try there sunday buffet so i orderd the 2 pc breast let me remind ya iam handicaped due to amputation after standing there for 8 to 10 mins orderd got drink they tell me they sold the last breast 10 mins ago so i said thats fine ill wait she then said we are not making more cause they close at 8 so i said its only 7 they still have a hr and there not making more for anyone i anyone the lady gave the two gentleman infront of me a attitude must of been having a bad day ok we all do but looking around all the workers looked luke they were all not happy to be there so she continued to be the same way to me i cant believe a hr before they closed didnt have white meat breast another family herd us talking and walked out so i asked for my money back she gave me the nastyiest look and got manager then u can obviously tell i got some1 pissed offjust for wanting brest meat meat probably will never go back there they can use training in customer service especially when u advertise a item and dont have it because u wanna hurry up and go home and not make it i can see a half hr before but u guys a hour before disapointing cause kfc is delicious and i spend alot in kfc every year me and my family usually getting the family meal atleast 3 times a week cause of my handicap and my wife...

The close at 10pm eastern I arrived at 945 so because they close up in 15 minutes I am not allowed to order what I want off the menu! I'm not the least bit mad that they were closing I understand I've worked in fast and retail when its time to leave its time to leave and you want yo go home I get it! I mean is this how fast food service works I could be wrong to complain to think that who I am I to come here at 15 mins til close looking to spend my money and order exactly what I want! Silly me that's now how it works so order these chicken littles which is what we have left with 10 mins or have a good night take it or leave is what crossed my mind! The poorest thing you can receive from fast food is terrible service we know that on any give day the food can be edgy its fast food not meant for perfection but to have bad service is irate. This was easily one of my favorite franchises since I was a kid but I will no longer go here as this another fast food chain to cross off my list!
