We happily order from Sweetgreens in Southlake 3-4 times a week and the experience I just had completely ruins it. My daughter ordered an $8 chicken plate and it came with tortilla chip crumbs and a sparse amount of chickpeas. This is something we order multiple times a week and it never looks like this. I went back in the store after picking it up to show the employees and have them correct the mistake and instead, they were rude and said "sorry, that's all we are allowed to give you." When I asked if that meets their expectations including the tortilla crumbs, the MOD said "sorry we have to use a scoop on the chips and it's breaks them. That is the best we can do." I asked for a refund and she said I'll have to email support online since I ordered in the Sweetgreen app. On top of all of that, we ordered two other salads, one had 4 pieces of chicken and the other 5. WAY less than normal. This was a very recoverable experience for that Team and instead they just lost a previously very loyal customer and I hope everyone that reads this takes note. We will be taking our lunch/dinner money to establishments that treats their customers well. Hopefully this is a good reminder that one sour manager/employee can destroy a customers loyalty in one exceptionally...
Read moreOk -- place is super clean, bright friendly atmosphere. Elijah was super helpful for me with the app/web and how to order online vs in the store. He also was super friendly and accomodating to a group of ladies who couldn't hold on to their bowls when the wind was blowing and knocked all of their food on the patio outside. Not once, but twice. Crazy. I almost didn't have to order as their food and bowls went flying across the sidewalk. Anyways he brought them inside and made them new bowls.
There are plenty of options and all are plenty filling. I had the buffalo chicken bowl without dressing and just hot sauce. OMG that was hot, hot sauce. My daughter got the "popular" harvest bowl.. mainly because the menu said it was "popular". She is shy and went with what was advertised... probably not the best bowl for a kid that is not sure of what they want, but that being said there are plenty of other options for children and teens alike. Please advertise just a basic chicken cobb salad or something like that as "popular" in the future.
Overall very affordable at around 12$ a plate/bowl or less. My only critique if i may was that there is not a fountain for Ice tea. had to go with some probiotic pop drink.
Parking was a bit crazy for a...
Read moreI got the crispy rice bowl for takeout. Although I didn’t dine in it was very clean inside. The spicy cashew sauce & spicy broccoli was delicious, however there was not enough serving of protein (chicken) probably 1/5th cup for the size of the $17 bowl was too little. Also during checkout, I paid with card and of course there’s a tipping option which is crazy considering I am not being offered a service or being served in a restaurant style establishment by a server. I was looking for the skip option on the card reader and it said to click “F to skip”… there are no visible letters on the device so I ask the cashier how to skip and sure enough the button that was covered up was the F option to skip. It’s like they purposely covered this to be deceiving making customers only option to tip. I will not return due to this shady act & because of...
