Service: 5 stars Cleanliness: 5 stars Atmosphere: 4 stars Food: 4 stars Price: 5 stars Think PF Changs for the Mediterranean food. Fast causal with good food and good prices, but obviously not fine dinning. However the ingredients seems to be local and/responsibly sourced and you can tell that is important to them. A good mix of 20 somethings on dates and 30 somerhings with kids. It was nice that the seating was laid out well to allow this without getting in each other's way. 4 beers on tap, and a few wines to choose from. I had the gyro which was great. Wife had the Mahi Mahi and said it was good, and the kids liked the safe choice they had, the burger. But it was nice rhey served healthy sides with it. Only bad thing: Music was just a notch or two too loud, but again with a mix of kids and dates it workes out well for us so we didn't feel like we were nithing anyone.

Don't know if it's just a fluke or if this place has changed for the worse but this past meal was very disappointing. Chipotle pita wrap was very skimp, usually has way more meat and veggies. Literally got 3 pieces of tiny chicken that was flavorless. Not seasoned at all. Upgraded the Greek salad side and got rotten greens, looked like slugs!! And not enough dressing, which would have mattered had I eaten it!! Even the soda was flat...which I had to get because the lemonade machine was down. Now that togo food is so important very disappointing Luna is no longer a goto option.

With an atmosphere similar to Noodles & Co, I felt right at home in this little grill. I ordered a lemonade, stuffed grape leaves, and spinach pie. They had just switched their register system, so there was some fumbling and waiting, but they were very kind. The food was amazing. I could immediately tell the ingredients were fresh/local and the food was well-prepared. Probably the best mediterranean i've ever had (though I still like to think my spinach pie is the best).

I had a very nice experience at Luna Grill with my girlfriend today. We visited during the pandemic and they had special sanitation accommodations to keep customers safe. All employees were wearing masks and customers in the lobby had theirs on too. We ordered wine and two entrees plus an extra salad to go. We decided to eat outside and enjoy the mild weather. Their outside tables are wood top with metal chairs. I had to switch our chairs out because there was bird droppings in one of them. We waited a pretty long time on the covered patio outside and received our wine during the wait. We had ordered the red Kendall Jackson Cabernet but received the white Chardonnay instead. Not a big deal. I am a fan of both. The wine was good and our food arrived after around 15 minutes of total wait time. Our server was very polite and even brought us two extra free entrees as it was our first time visiting. The food was excellent and I really enjoyed the Halal Lamb Kabab I ordered. My girlfriend got the Greco Bowl and they even gave us an extra one. I was very excited about that because I really wanted to try one for myself. We also received an extra order of loaded fries. Overall a great dining experience despite some minor obstacles...

My husband and I have been coming here off and on for almost a year. Usually in the evenings. However the past few times the service was really lacking. There is a High School age looking girl at the front counter that always looks unhappy. We usually have to get her attention to place an order even though there is no one in line. Although the food is good, their sense of hygiene is lacking. The same girl at the check out register was changing the trash when our order came up at the window. Our table was facing the cooks window. She didn't hesitate to grab our plates bare hands from changing trash and bring them over and then went back to changing the trash. Are you serious??? Teach your staff no matter how young they are that they work at a food establishment. If you are on cleaning duty or register duty, have another person serve the food. Besides there was a guy already sweeping the floor. Mind you it was barely 8pm. They close at 9. I understand they want to get out of there at soon as it closes. But we were sitting at a table, we are paying customer and we tip 20%. Don't sweep next to our table while we are eating and don't bring our food over without washing your hands from cleaning trash. We will...

I recently visited Luna Grill and had a disappointing experience. It’s clear that the staff or cashiers notice when customers don’t leave a tip, and unfortunately, they seem frustrated by it. Given the current economic challenges, many of us are just able to afford the cost of a meal, and tipping isn’t always possible. Restaurants should consider paying their employees a higher wage to ensure their team is properly compensated and trained not to react negatively if a tip isn’t given.

The food at Luna Grill is good and healthy, which I appreciate. However, when I called to place my order, the phone service was unhelpful and even rude, with the call abruptly ending after I finished my order. It raises the question—why should customers feel pressured to tip for takeout, especially if the service is lacking?

The rising costs add up quickly if you eat out multiple times a day, making it harder to justify extra charges. I strongly suggest that restaurants focus on paying and training their employees to provide great customer service rather than relying on customers to bridge the gap with tips. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I won’t...
