Very dissatisfied and disappointed after being treated with such disrespect and hostility from the employee named Brianna. especially beng a former employee of this exact store. At 6:34AM Brianna Greeted me at speaker immediately with disrespect. And atti began to place my order and I said. Give me one minute, please. As I was looking over the menu. She didn't take very kindly to that. As she proceeded to repeat herself asking "is that all"is it all." Again I reminded her I asked for just asked for a few minutes to look over the menu. When I was finished placing my order she Answered the Mic with even more disrespect and more attitude like she was frustrated with me. And told me "see you at my window" without giving me the amount due, Nor did she give me proper instructions on what window to pull forward too. When I pulled forward she opened the window raising her voice telling my total. While grabbing my wallet she began to sigh and huff and puff as if I made her day more difficult. Had she told me my balance due at the mic I would have been prepared. Receiving my iced coffee I asked her if it was a medium and she snapped at me grabbing cups putting them up in the air aggressively stating what sizes are which for each beverage. Soft drinks aren't the same cups as coffees. I then said okay, I apologize. She then grabbed my bags of food practically throwing them at me. I asked her politely for extra syrup and she stormed off Like I asked her the worst question ever. She then slammed the window closed on me proceeding to walk away. I was able to get another employees attention and politely told him I will be contacting the general manager. I said thank you have a nice day, began to drive off. Brianna ran back to the window screaming at cursing at me. I called the store and Brianna picked up the phone and started screaming at me. By far the worst customer service ever. And I once had her exact job! I don't understand how someone could be thi s rude and disrespectful for no reason whatsoever. I genuinely feel sorry for all the customers that have to been treated with disrespect because I know I'm not the first, Definitely won't be the last. How can someone just open the store literally just starting their shift and immediately ruin people's days.
P.s I've never written a review in my entire life but today that changed. I genuinely want people to be aware of this uncalled for disrespect.

   Read moreUpdate [7/919]: I got to hand it to the team, they have vastly improved and surpassed my expectations. They prioritize mobile orders and have made no mistakes on any of my orders since my last review. Though during a mobile order carry out they realized they added cheese by mistake but was very quick to correct and remake it. Also the workers are also very polite, especially the older cashier. She always ask how I'm doing. I'll properly get her name so she can get some kudos next time.
On a side note while eating inside, i couldnt find any of the usual highchairs/booster seats. Didnt bother the team to ask cause they were busy and my little and another family had a oopsie moment where the toddlers fell from their seating.
Original review: "I believe employees need to be trained more thoroughly, I've had my run in issues with orders thru mobile order and for some reason they do not know how to process mobile payment if its drive thru. there's a button that literally says mobile pay on the screen that i know of yet I've never worked at wendys before. how i know they're not trained is when they also ask me if i paid already. on the 24th i ordered a cheese burger with no cheese and no onion but it still had cheese on it. what's worst is i preordered and checked in 2mins away and when i got there to pick up my food inside, another person walks in to order and received their food before I did and i only had a small order ($4 for 4). The national advertisement about good fries guaranteed brought me in, and while I had one container of good fries, the other fry and the rest of my food was a disappointment. We got nuggets and a burger, neither of which were edible. Have you ever had a hangry child you try to feed, but canât because the nuggets arenât safe to feed them? By the room temperature of the nuggets and the hardness hockey puck resembling burger patty, I was not able to safely feed my kid. They also have no clue on how to take mobile payments via their own app. They donât take Apple Pay, but donât bother loading money/gift card on the app because the manager will state that âthatâs not something we takeâ and argue that a form of payment supported by Wendyâs is not taken. Iâm literally so upset. One of my kids got fries and had to share them and the rest would have food poisoning if I allowed them to eat this dangerously old food. Wendyâs is supposed to be an easy option on long nights, but thatâs not the case I guess.
