The most amazing and healthy bread! No other kind of bread could do justice to how good this is! We can eat it without any issues and our whole family is gluten intolerant! It’s best not to refrigerate it. Just freeze or leave on the counter. It’s so goof plain without toasting or toasting both are equally good! Get it as fresh as you can and if it’s a week old just freeze and toast! We’ve been buying this bread for years and my whole family is healthy, fit, and in shape! We try not to eat too much bread so we go through a loaf of this in one day once a week for our family of five! That seems to help us hold our shape and still have delicious carbs! The rest the time we eat more primal with meats and veggies and berries etc.
We used to make our own sourdough but it was a lot of work to keep the starter alive and remember to feed and change it daily. Now we can enjoy the real thing, actual real sourdough, without having to make it ourselves! And it’s a good price for the value!!

Read moreMy whole family has a gluten sensitivity but we can eat their bread just fine. Selling the flour so I can make my own use life changing since we’re on quite the budget. You can tell they’re small. Don’t walk in expecting grand displays of bread and loads of customer service because they’re a small family owned bakery doing the best they can. I love to support such small businesses and I prefer to give them a large amount of grace. They shouldn’t be held to the standard of a big money producing company that can afford all the bells and whistles—the trade off being you know you’re going high quality, simple-ingredient bread without cutting corners to squeeze out every dollar like you can expect at a...
Read moreI went to a sourdough class here. She gave a thorough history of sourdough which was surprisingly rather fascinating, and then a step by step walk through of the process. The best part was that she gave away free sourdough starter at the end. I've made two loaves since the class, and although it's a time-intensive process, it's really easy once you get the hang of it. My loaves turned out great, and that was using just regular white flour that I had lying around in my pantry! But she also explained the importance of using quality ingredients so I look forward to trying the recipe with different types of flour. I hope to eventually get to the point where I never have store-bought bread in my...
