May 24, 2025 9pm. We ordered a BLT and onion rings. The onion rings came very burned. We took the food back so we could get some that were not burned. As soon as we approached the counter the employee said "I know, I know". In other words she knew what she was serving was sub par. I attached a picture of the BLT. One tomato slice, a disgrace of lettuce and 2 pieces of bacon. We obviously took it back, hoping to get it remade into something that was edible (or something worth the $6 we paid). The self-proclaimed manager, supposedly 21 years old who claimed to have worked here for 6 months. First gave us the name Kevin, then his name changed to Edgar. Whatever his name, he approached us very defensively and even said that we couldn't talk to him in the way we were. We were simply trying to get a new sandwich. The self-proclaimed manager claimed to not understand us, even though we're both speaking English.The self-proclaimed manager couldn't even find a pen that worked. The other employees through the window, were laughing throughout the whole exchange. All around the restaurant there was evidence of terrible management and lack of general upkeep as evident by the attached photos. The men's bathroom was absolutely disgusting, so much that we felt dirtier after washing our hands in there than before. In the end, we finally got a refund out of this situation. We will absolutely not be back to this establishment which obviously doesn't care about its customers or service. One bit of advice, maybe save on sauces and amount of extra ice cream and give the customers what we order.

Read moreI go there a few times a week and buy me and my family Large shakes, spending more than enough money there each time I go. Tonight I sat in the drive up line, for 39 minutes when there was only three cars ahead of me. And you guys did not give us our shakes as you guys make them out to be. You barely filled them to the top of the ,inside cup,when it's usually supposed to be at least 3 -5 more inches . Which is false advertisement in all the pictures you guys advertise saying you're going to fill it,shown in the pictures.
You guys never add enough toppings either. I specifically asked for extra because every time you guys are only ,making it taste like plain vanilla when everybody pays plenty of money to even get an ice cream there. If we wanted vanilla we would have asked for that. I definitely am not going to keep going there, to keep getting jimped,spending all the money I do for you guys not to give us what we pay for ,or ask for. You guys have good shakes ,but that's when they are made correctly. And the service doesn't care to listen about anything the customer is asking for. Ive been disappointed the last few times I've went from the same issues happening.

Read moreDrive thru was terrible! We waited 6 minutes for someone to speak to us at the speaker, we questioned if it was broken for some time. We spoke out seeing if someone was there twice and no response. Eventually we were told to ask if we had questions. We said we were ready to order, but it took 90 seconds to 2 minutes for another response where we could place our order, incredibly uncomfortable!!!
Only two cars advanced in these 10 or so minutes. When we got to the window they took our card for 3 minutes, gave it back, and then we waited 4 more long minutes for two Regular sized shakes. In that time we saw 5 other orders sitting ready to be delivered to tables, and 4 girls, three of which with blonde hair standing and talking. A fifth employee was doing the large majority of the work in the back, and we saw her start our shakes and make them entirety alone while the previously mentioned girls were talking, and standing against the wall by the drive thru window on her phone. I'd have thought her the manager, except she was smiling in between periods of typing, she was the only one wearing a headset for the drive thru, which made it clear she was not paying attention to customers.
TLDR: 17 minutes and about $16 later with a screaming infant in the car those shakes were NOT worth it. I deeply wish I could have pulled out of line, but there wasn't...
