Let me start this off with saying that off the bat I understand is not fantastic to begin with. But I have never had a worse experience with little Caesar’s. We placed a mobile order at 5:37pm. The app states the order would be ready between 6:00 and 6:06pm I give them a little extra time and show up at 6:10pm. I go through the drive through and the lady at the window says “my screen shows that they are not ready yet so you’ll have to come back” I have to ask “how long do you need before I come back” she sits and stares at me like I just shot her dog in front of her. I just leave it and just come back 10 minutes later, she says “oh we accidentally gave your pizza to someone else” so now I have to wait again before going through the drive through again. She then states “oh now we’re waiting on your bread sticks, go ahead and we will bring it out to you” so I pull out front and park right in front of the door so they can’t miss me. I sit out front of the store FOR 45 MINUTES!!!!! I sit and wait for the workers to at least attempt to locate me. Read moreThe first time we went through the drive-thru the three pizzas we got barely had any sauce or cheese on them (CHEAP!) and they only gave one zap packet when we asked for multiple. (3 pizzas!)
Today, I decided to give them a second try. I walked in and stood there for ten minutes without anybody greeting me. I finally called and said “excuse me!” and a girl in the kitchen yelled back at me and said someone would get to me when he’s able to. I politely told her that when a customer walks into your restaurant you greet them right away so they know you are aware they’re waiting on you and let them know you will serve you soon. She replied and said “Well, it’s not MY fault someone called in sick today!” I left will never support this location again.
To the owner of this franchise: stop being cheap and train your employees to be better. You must deliver a quality product with quality service and treat your customers with respect or you have no business. You know, the basics.

My wife went in yesterday around 5:30 pm and tried to order an Italian cheese bread.
All the teenage kid said was “we are all out”.
Not, “I’m so sorry! We don’t have any ready to go. It may take 8-10 minutes to make one”
Not “absolutely! We don’t have any ready right this moment. Are you ok waiting 10 or so minutes to make one?”
Simply just “we are all out”.
My wife, wanting the cheese bread sighed and ordered a crazy bread instead. The staff member charged her card and then verbally stated, “you can leave a tip if you like”.
Why in the name of EVERYTHING HOLY AND PURE on this earth are kids ASKING for tips now???
And especially at a LITTLE CAESARS!?!?!?
What happened to people just wanting to smile and take care of the customer at a COUNTER service restaurant. Everything is ‘ok just answer the questions on the screen’.
Do you all not realize how much this ticks all of us off?
