If I could give this location negative stars I would. We walked in and there was only 1 person working no big deal he was in the middle of filling up a popcorn bag also no problem. He looked at us as we walked in and stood at the counter to order and didn’t say anything and kept doing what he was doing. After he finally got done filling the popcorn bag he was doing which he was doing with no gloves on he finally came over to us about 5 minutes later. My fiancé ordered the steak and cheese wrap the guy did not have any of the tomato basil wraps so he grabbed the spinach and started putting meat on it and didn’t even ask my fiancé if that was still ok or if he would like anything else he also did not warm the meat and just started putting whatever vegetables are shown he did not ask or anything my fiancé didn’t say anything as he likes those it’s just the point. He also scrapped out guacamole instead of getting a fresh container therefore there was not as much as what normally goes on it. As he was making his sandwich he had vegetables and sauce all over his gloves as he was wrapping the sand which up and never changed his gloves or washed his hands before starting my sandwich. My sandwich was fine however he did not toast it as long as they normally do so my chicken was still cold. And normally I don’t say stuff about people’s appearance but this gentleman did not have gloves on while bagging popcorn and his fingernails were black and he never washed his hands the whole time we were there. The guy looked like he was on some substance and should not of been around food. Nothing was stocked in the cooler where the bottle drinks usually are the chips were very slim picking and the cookies did not look good. Read moreWhat atrocious management. We ordered through the app at 7:50 hoping for a quick meal before it got too late. At 8:06 I get a call saying they don’t have any meatballs for my meatball marinara. I asked if they could switch the sandwich to a different sandwich and he said we would have to cancel the order and re order. We tried doing that through the app with no option to cancel. We had already paid for the sandwich. I called back and asked if he could just make me a different sandwich because we couldn’t cancel. He said he had to call his boss. With no response for several minutes I called back again. He said his boss told him to have us request a refund. Again we were unable to. They were unwilling to make the situation right at all. Finally my wife had to go down there after being told he would call his boss again. By this time it’s 8:30. The kid working at the store was the only one there, he lied to my wife and said he had tried to Call me to tell me he had already refunded the money. I’m just supposed to trust that this incompetent kid magically found a way to refund my money. And he didn’t even bother to communicate that to us until my wife had gone into the store. Read moreNever mobile order here, and maybe call and see if they have bread before you bother come. Several times now I’ve come to eat here and at 12:00 in the afternoon they have no bread. Obviously they should know people will be coming in for lunch and have bread ready. I mobile ordered this time at 8:00 on a weekend and showed up, no bread! Subway bakes their own bread, so this seems like a time management issue. One thing at 8:00, but at noon! The people who work here are always super nice. I just won’t come any more to this location because it means sometimes I’ve gotten no lunch or dinner because I haven’t had time to go elsewhere. I hope this message gets to the owner or general manager because I say here ordering from another restaurant and while I sat here for 10 minutes, a total of 10 people showed up to get subway and left without food.
