I have been frequenting Bully's for many years. Unfortunately they are really going down hill now (vista location). I purchased a $50 gift card for my parents who are there almost weekly. The first time they went to use it they were told it didn't work and they would have to contact the cooperate office (for their $20 order)Monday and pay now. My father called twice and emailed with no response from cooperate. I went into the restaurant to talk to the manager, he was not there but the bar tender was able to input the gift card manually and see there was still a full $50 available. She transferred the amount over to another card for me. The following week my parents went back and had the exact same issue. I called the restaurant several days later when I knew the manager would be there. He was able to confirm the full amount was available on that card. I explained he is not there on the weekends when my parents are going in and somehow no one can seem to figure this out. He was nice enough to suggest we have the staff call him on his days off if it happens again. Today I went in with my parents and AGAIN it happened! The waitress was rude, NEVER picked up our plates and rolled her eyes when I asked for the manager. There is now a new manager who was very nice but wanted us to contact cooperate on mon. We explained what we've been dealing with and how I will never purchase a gift card from them again given this ordeal. He finally excepted the amount we said was available on the card and would pursue dealing with cooperate on his own. My dad voiced his dissatisfaction with the chicken wings the last 3 times he had gone they were tiny, dry and all "wings", but one drummette. Sounds like they are having vendor issues too. It's sad to say a $50 gift card ordeal is going to cost them a lot more in the long run because this has really put a bad taste...
Read moreMy mother and I went a week ago for the first time and had a new waitress helping us. Not a problem. Everyone has a first day or week. She did great. Today we went and total different story. The waitress that helped us last week brought us menus after 7 mins of sitting down. 5 mins later the real waitress came and told us she could not take our order because she was giving menus to a different table. Okay The she stated to take their order. She came back and then took order drink order and food order. The food took the acceptable amount of time but I never did receive the chipotle mayo I asked for in my burger. Also the fries weren't done. This gal was behind the bar, long brunette hair (seemed like she was a manager with how she was ordering the other waitresses around and she was handing out paychecks/paystubs). She ignored my party on countless occasions, ignoring requests for refills on drinks, she took one person's order and ignored the rest of us until we had to flag her down and put in our orders. The food took so long that we had to change our order to go and when we received the food it was cold/slightly warm. It was obvious that the food had been sitting under the heaters for a while.
