I have ordered from this restaurant for years, and today was the last time! I always order a half meat and half specialty pizza. The website states it is a new website, fine, shouldnât be a problem except every time I select âspecialtyâ it pulls the toppings for some chicken pizza. So I left the site and tried again. It appeared to all be correct, until I received a half pineapple chicken and specialty pizza. I called the restaurant to let them know what was going on. I asked for a manager and was placed on hold for her to pick up. After 5 mins I hung up and called back. I explained I had been on hold for 5 mins and no one picked up. The boy on the other end snickered and said âIâll get herâ. He returns to say sheâs too busy to take my call and sheâll need to call me back. I explained my order was incorrect due to the glitches in the website and his response was âhow soâŚâ. I went into further detail what had happened with the site, and in the end my order is incorrect. His response was âwell thereâs nothing we can do, weâre too busyââŚ.HE LITERALLY SAID THAT!!!!!!!    Read moreI ordered 1 pizza at 8:40 something on a Friday. The pizza didnât get delivered until close to 9:50. And when it got here I went out to meet the driver. He kept fiddling with stuff in the car and took probably 2-3 minutes just to get out of the car and then proceeded to try and have to sign the receipt. But his pen didnât work and he told me to keep trying it. I let him know again the pen didnât work. Then he told me to come to the back of the car and try it again. Itâs about 38 degrees outside and I figured Iâd be out for about a minute and back in so I didnât grab a coat. I again told him the pen didnât work but I have my id on me to confirm it was me that ordered the pizza. He ignored me and went back to fiddling around in the car. At this point it had been about 8 minutes of nonsense. The people in the house came to check on me as I had been gone for so long with an unknown man. Finally he got a different pen and I was able to sign it. He didnât even hand me the pizza once we were done. I grabbed it from the back of his car. First of all, the last 5 times we tried to order online, the coupon codes would not apply and our order was overcharged, resulting in a phone call to the store each time to get the order fixed. This was accomplished with varying degrees of time & difficulty, depending on the employee with whom we spokeâsome not as well-trained as others.
So⌠It happened again today, for the fifth time, and when I called the store and politely asked for the name of the person to whom I was speaking, he rudely replied, âI donât give out my name.â Hmm. Okay. Very poor customer service when we donât even know who weâre speaking to on the other end. My friend called back and asked to speak to the manager, and probably the same rude guy said the manager wouldnât be in for at least six hours.
