Tacos Tijuana — Restaurant in Sparks

Terrible customer service. I had been wanting to bring my friend here for some time and finally convinced him to go, mostly because I wanted the tacos al pastor and he wanted to make me happy. Being as I had only gone through the drive thru previously, I had never been inside. The set up was a bit strange, but we rolled with it just fine. The food took a very long time and while we were waiting they started putting tables on the chairs. My fault for not checking the closing time, but would have expected encouragement to take the order to go, surely the cashier knows it's almost closing time and we had ordered 9 tacos. Our food is finally ready and we go to the salsa bar as the tacos don't come with anything on them. We sit down to eat and can't really enjoy the food as we are eating so fast, really should have gotten to go boxes at this point. We're almost finished eating and the cashier comes by and speaks to my friend in Spanish. He looks at me and says let's go! I pile our plates and napkins on the table and see that the cashier has moved all the garbage bins, so I grab my purse to leave. My friend is a few steps behind me and she stops him and speaks to him in Spanish again. He goes back to the table to grab the tray of garbage. We walk out to my car where he proceeds to explain that she had first said to him to get out and they were closed. The second was to get the tray and there's the garbage. I was so embarrassed, I had been telling him for months that we should go there and now, we'll not be going back. Every other place I've been would say, hey we're closing soon, do you want your order to go or while we are eating would say, hey we're closed, but please finish eating while we clean up. To top it off, the tacos al pastor that I had been raving about, well it must have been an old batch or something because they weren't...

Nasties place I've ever ate in before. I know authentic Mexican food and can spot it from miles. I was recommended to try this place so I wanted to give it a actual try. The customer service is awful for starters, they dont write down your order and then get mad when they get your order wrong. We order 16 different tacos and 1 flour quesadilla. The al pastor tacos are nasty looking and have a sweet nasty flavor. Not authentic! The asada where good. The carnitas dry, bland and nasty. The chorizo was bland , nasty and taste like a cheap Walmart brand. Tortillas are suppose to be hand made yet 1/2 our order was store bought packs and 1/2 where actually handmade. The quesadilla was given with the wrong meat when I told them about it lady gave me attitude and proceeded to wipe off the meat on the quesadilla pass it down to the other lady and she scooped up a handful of meat onto the tortilla and threw a corn crunchy tostada on top of the "quesadilla" ..... It was by far the worst place ever. And some of their equipment look a dirty ..... also the view across the street is not pleasant while eating when you turn your head to see some bum with their bum 🤢 never again and I will not recommend this to anyone worst $54...

I don’t consider my self a complainer and to be honest this is my 1st review ever. I called Tacos Tijuana and place an order of over $75. In all that order I Specifically order ed 2 vampiros and 2 tacos no vegetales. When I received my order they put salsa and guacamole on them. I called to let them know and this girl named “Heidi” if that’s even her real name said was my mistake because I didn’t specify that obviously they have no clue on what a vegetable is!! Salsa is made out of vegetables, guacamole too . She refused to transfer me with her manager named “Alfredo” again if that’s even real according to this Heidi 😡😡 never in all this conversation offer an apology or even show a little of respect for a customer not to mention the loud music on the back making all this harder to resolve.
