   Read moreThis man arrives to our place earlier than we had expected. It was Sunday and I know most people would rather be at home but he made sure to be beyond prompt. He was outgoing, friendly and courteous but professional and you what he was talking about. He found her problem which was a clog that arrested some 25 ft away from her house towards our street. But like the professional that he is he used the tools of his trade to get the job done. I think he spent about an entire 10 minutes diagnosing and fixing the problem when we were good to go where is the handyman, who is normally quite skilled and confident, spent the entire day and couldn't resolve the issue. There's something to be said about a professional who knows what he or she is doing. It is our first experience with this company and with this gentleman but we're both, that is my wife and I are both very pleased and will gladly recommend them and this man if anybody...
   Read moreI have had an intermittent problem with my furnace for years. It would just shut down. Then it would work after a couple hours or after it got serviced. Generally, all the service tech did was change the sensor and charge a service call. DeHart's service tech, Eric, found a wire that just occasionally touched the metal cover in front of the motherboard. He clipped the burned connector that was shorting and causing the problem and moved the motherboard metal panel back an inch from the front metal cover so all the wiring had more space. Over the last couple years, I have had several other companies whose techs that could not figure that out. I am now going to replace my 20+ year old furnace , A/C and water heater with a new, more efficient, Lenox system through Michael Sailsbery at DeHart.
