TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Sparks

I genuinely love everything about our Togo's shop here in Sparks. The food and shop are exceptional.And that comes from two amazing women who ensure that everything is clean,fresh and inviting. Courtney is a person who as soon as you enter the shop is going to instantly brighten your day. She is an exemplary person who not only ensures top quality food and refreshments, She also provides a great deal of care for everyone who enters the establishment. It is a feeling of catching up with someone you can't wait to see because you know the conversation is going to be incredibly versatile and positive. She is also very skilled in ensuring that everything is clean and safe to ingest.Truly the best person I have met since I moved here 20 years ago. Next I must mention Tiffany. She is everywhere all at once.An impeccable Supervisor who never shows a bad day.She is the epitome of omnipresent! I can stand back and watch her handling the back room, Jump in to train an employee and all the while have regular customers names memorized and ensures they're receiving the best service possible without missing a beat.To see such a great team of professionals working to create such a fantastic shop is truly a great place to have here in Sparks. Do not eat. Tastes gross horrible customer service!!!!!!!!! Went to togo's with my son and ordered two sandwiches for carryout. When ordering i was asked if I want them togo style. I answered no just mayo, lettuce, onion, and pepperjack on my sons med. roastbeef, and extra lettuce, extra onion, and mayo on my large turkey. Was told no problem and to wait by pickup area so I can't see sandwiches being made. Get home to find my sandwich loaded with pickles, tomatoes, peppercini's, and salt. My son's sandwich was made to order perfectly. So I immediately called to chat about the isssue and was met with rudeness that I ordered wrong. Was told "we do not make sandwiches that differ from menu options" , "I never heard you did not want togo style",and "what do you want me to do about it". First they clearly can make sandwiches to order because they did it on my sons order. Second to not apologize and act like the mistake was my fault. Well clearly I did make a mistake in giving my money to such poor service. Togos has lost a customer. Do not waste your money on an overpriced sandwich that doesnt even offer oil and vinegar for sandwiches. Jersey mikes and port of subs much better taste, value, and...

Oh boy where to start. I went to this location with hope in my heart and excitement in my step.

My boyfriend and I ordered at the kiosk: 2 sandwiches #55, #35 and a cup of soup to go. We did not watch them make our sandwiches. We were getting ready to leave when I realized they forgot my soup. My boyfriend ran back inside grabbed it for me no problem they apologized and all was well

..And then we arrived home...

Opened our sandwiches and there was no meat.☹️ NO MEAT. It should have been there but it just wasn't. I checked under my sandwich; nope. I checked inside again; nope. I checked the bag just in case; nope. 😔

I called the location and was like, "um hey you guys didn't put meat in my sanwiches." And she was like "You know what I saw meat just sitting on the counter and was wondering why, it makes sense now. I'm really sorry do you wanna come back and we will fix that for you?"

And I was like, "Well yeah im pretty hungry."

So we went back down and they remade our sandwiches. The staff was super nice and accidents happen but they still forgot my olives even after I reminded them but at least there was meat 😅
