Really upset that their online ordering system doesn’t work better. After eating here several times recommending out to all of our friends of family I have finally been jaded. Placed an online order with a pick up time 30mins after they open, at about 9:30AM order costed 118 with tip, not a problem we love this place. I then get my email Song order placed and I would be receiving a confirmation after they open and confirm the order. Well at 10:00 I received an email saying that the order was canceled and I would be refunded. I was charged the full amount before they even confirmed the order when they got in and it was automatically cancelled. My bank takes 3-5 days to issue a refund. So I’m just out 118 dollars until then. I received a call when they actually opened at 11 asking if I wanted the order still, I said I did but they confirmed I would have to pay again another 118 while my funds are still on hold because their system automatically charges you even when they haven’t confirmed the order on their end. She informed me that if the order isn’t confirmed by them within 30 minutes then it gets cancelled and refunded. And since they don’t open til 11 that they couldn’t confirm our. The issue is that they automatically take your money without confirming. If their system auto cancels it’s good luck until your bank decides to refund you. My daughter and I went into the Safeway shopping center to pick up a “take and bake” pizza. My daughter saw Vino’s and asked if we could try something different so we went here and got a Margherita pizza. All I can say is Wow. The place is a cool and comfortable restaurant with great choices of adult beverages and desserts. I’ll be dining in for now on. They have a wide variety on the menu and if it all tastes as great as the pizza that I brought home, well I’m gonna be putting on the weight because of this place. At 1st I thought that the pizza I got was pricy, but eating it I realized that the crust was perfect and the cheese is real cheese. So delicious. I can’t say enough about this place. First time being here at vinos service was ehh … I ordered a Caesar salad and garlic, Parmesan chicken. The server was everywhere touching everything Doors, countertops, countertop towels just touching everything not once. Did I see her Wash your hands or hear Water running.. The cook washes hands, but I look up she’s touching my salad with her hands That Made me sick to my stomach then she started Oh picking apart the chicken breast in the Caesar salad.
