My friends and I went to this Burger King. When we first walked into the dining area most of the tables we still dirty and hadn't been washed. We got to the counter and the employee taking order made us wait around 5 minutes before we even got to order our food. We didn't get our drinks until we asked after waiting 5-10 minutes for our food. Justin (the employee at the front) wasn't wearing any gloves or hair net while he was preparing our food and was on his phone and picking his nose waiting for the cook to finish getting food ready. While waiting we noticed there was about 2-4 inches of just grease on the floor as the employees were slipping and sliding while walking to gather food for the drive thru customers. Never once did they say anything. There was food being dropped on the floor, cussing from one of the other cooks in the back, and rude gestures being said while we were standing there. My boyfriend and I received our food (2 cheese burgers, chicken nuggets, a large and small fry) and there was literally no fries in the container of the large fry. While my other friend waited another 10 minutes for her food. Justin never asked if she wanted any sauces or a L,M, or S fry. When we finally got our food Justin and the cook in the back talking rudely about us because we complained about the floors and crappy service. Along with the fry containers not being as full as they should've been. After further eating our food we went back up to the counter to ask for some sauce and it took another 5-10 minutes for us to get them because Justin and another employee were too involved in their phones to realize that we were waiting. I personally will never go back to this Burger King because of my horrible experience with the service and food. They need to seriously clean and sanitize everything in this restaurant. I would definitely consider driving to another BK before going to...
Read moreA 2.8 is a generous rating. I understand that I don't have to eat at this Burger King, but when it's close to your work, sometimes it's necessary when you need something quick. "Quick" was the wrong word. This BK, is by far, the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. More than half of my way-too-many-visits, i had to wait for someone to acknowledge my presence, despite being the only person in line. Sometimes, it takes minutes. Today, I waited close to 3 minutes while employees joked around in the back. And, another walked right by me. So, I left.
As for the food, there has been countless times where my food was made wrong, especially when it comes to leaving off the bacon. And, expect the fries to get cold within a couple minutes. If you're REALLY picky, count the nuggets. There's been a handful of occasions when I only received 8 or 9.
It's a common sight to see other customers complaining about an incorrect order, or having to wait too long. My favorite two instances were when they "ran out of sausage" and found an insanely long hair in my chicken salad.
I've always been the type to not complain, and just eat the food that I was given. Although, I did exchange the salad. But, today, I had to say something. This BK is a very unprofessional establishment and I would not recommend...
Read moreMy darling wife went to this Burger King. We are used to subpar service and food quality from there. In a pinch it is edible, slow but edible. Tonight was one of those in a pinch kind of nights. I was actually excited about my Italian chicken sandwich. Then I took a bite. The chicken was actually inedible. It was so dried out that it could not be bitten all the way through. I worked in fast food for far more years thank I care to remember. The only way chicken gets like that is sitting in a heating tray well past the time the timer in the cabinet. When I called the restaurant back to complain about the chicken leather I was served, the phone rang and rang until it went to an un-setup voice mail. Convenient for a restaurant that I am sure gets plenty of complaints. I know fast food is a tough job. But that “chicken” was a sign of pure laziness. It would have cost them at max seven minutes to make a new piece. I would have happily waited. But no let’s have complacency win the day. It sucked, I know it is just food, but have some pride. I...
