The Coffee Collective — Restaurant in Sparta

I don't drink coffee or tea, so I'm not typically drawn to coffee shops. I do go to some, as my teen adores trying all types of hot teas. He loves their selection, so we go there often. I've been ordering their hot chocolate and to say I have been pleasantly surprised is an understatement. It's rich, well balanced and not so hot it burns. I have tried hot chocolates around the world and for years, I've given up on finding any good ones in Tennessee. Most places make flat, boring drinks.. people swear by Starbucks, but theirs tastes like chocolate flavored water, it's so bad I can finish it. This, though, is what it's supposed to be and in other parts of the country, I'd be paying twice as much for this beautiful drink. We've tried some of their food here and there, it seems fine. My new absolute favorite coffee place! I travel the US for work and have tried countless coffee houses.... this one has it all! Perfectly balanced espresso blend! Rich and smooth cold brew! Perfect foam on my latte! Roast their own beans in house! House made lavender syrup! (Lavender Honey Latte is one thing we got). Not only was their coffee SO good but they make their own ice re too. And honestly I can say that too was UH-MAZING! Beautiful atmosphere, fun, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Perfect location! My friend owns the herb store next to them and while I was there I stopped in and found this treasure. I live in Gatlinburg so it's too far to frequent it, but I am opening my own coffee house here in Gatlinburg and hope to be half as great as The Coffee Collective! Great job...

A Hidden Gem in Downtown!

We were heading out of town for a girls trip and stumbled upon The Coffee Collective, and I’m so glad we did! Nestled in a charming downtown area, this spot not only boasts a cozy atmosphere but also has an incredibly friendly staff that makes you feel right at home.

The place was buzzing with activity, which is always a good sign, and after tasting the food and coffee, I completely understand why it’s so popular! Each of us enjoyed our meals, and the coffee was simply divine. A few of us even live within driving distance and are already planning our return visit!
