Where to start ..well i was so excited about this place as soon as it opened i wanted to try it ...but had to wait till about the 2nd week of operation... i am sorry to say it was terrible in every way possible ...first off me and a small group of 2 cousins and my girlfriend were meetin for early dinner then a movie.. the disappointment started as soon ad we got there as there was nowhere to park. Then enterin we were greeted by 2 little girls that just stood at the front askin names ..they then told us a 15 minute wait ...we noticed there was barely anyone there eatin just people waitin... within the first couple minutes every other group and person had been sat and another group came in they told them 20 minutes needless to say they sat them first. We ended up waitin untill the far back corner was open then they sat us there about 45 minutes later in the tiniest table ....then after another 30 minutes we were finally able to order and get our drinks. .almost an hour goes by waiting on wat we thought was the food.. but no the little waitress comes over and asks for our order again said she forgot to put it all in. So now we are waitin even longer and almost the inly people left in the resteraunt. Kinda upset we have been here for 2 hours i asked about our food she said its comin rite up.. now stuff starts comin out about 5 minutes later. Most of which was wrong ..then i asked where my steak tartar was bc they didnt bring it she said it was cooked wrong and gettin fixed after waitin awhile for that i asked a friend that works there and she told me the girl didnt even put my steak in.. needless to saw my raw steak was hot when it came out the cold sushi was rather warm. Noone really liked their food at all ..and the stack was little black pieces of pepper. Like so much pepper burned to it it was like a chunk of black pepper... so all and all it was terrible... we had a fun day that day so we were not dressed up fancy or anything so i was thinkin they were either A discriminating bc of how we were dressed. Or B bc they were new... So we went back dressed a little better and what do you know service was so much better.. the food not so much but got it alot quicker... kinda sad it was both they need more time to perfect the cookin art and they judge customers hard!!!! Absolutely Terrible Service – Don’t Waste Your Time

I went to Asian Fusion yesterday around 5:15 PM — me, my husband, and our toddler. The restaurant was nearly empty with only one other family of four dining in. The hostess was on the phone taking a to-go order when we arrived, which was fine. But after being seated, we were completely ignored.

No one introduced themselves, no one offered drinks, and no one came to check on us — nothing. The to-go order was picked up, the other family got their food and finished eating, and we were still just sitting there unseen. My son has autism and is fairly loud so there is just no way they didn't hear or see us, they were blatantly ignoring us. The server ignored us waving to her and saying excuse me, it was shocking.

When I finally told the waitress (who only came out to clean the other table) that no one had helped us, she simply said, “Oh.” No apology. No effort to fix it. Just truly didn't care.

As we left:

A girl with blonde braids was sitting behind the bar on her phone, hiding out curled up on a chair.

The hostess with a long brown ponytail was sitting in the corner at the bar slumped over looking half asleep, also on the phone.

The server with the blonde ponytail was nowhere to be found the entirety of us being there, other than when she quickly served the table, so she was presumably in the back on her phone too.

The other family told us in the parking lot that it was so bad they wrote on their tip slip: “Stay off your phone.” They truly couldn't believe how bad we were treated and I'm guessing their experience wasn't much better other than they actually got food.

The worst part is, we had ordered food here once before for takeout and really enjoyed it — which is why we decided to dine in. The environment is so pretty and frish feeling, But the food isn't worth it when the customer service is this terrible. Wett won’t be coming back.

If I were the manager or business owner, this would NOT be the kind of representation I’d want. Honestly, I’d fire every single one of them. The food may be decent, but it’s not worth being treated like you don’t exist. We...

If i could do 0 I would. I used to love this restaurant, this was my safe place to order from. Tonight the manager made it where I will NEVER order from here again and in all honesty do not trust eating out from any restaurant again. I ordered from doordash, my wife put in the special instructions no shellfish as I am antiphallic to them(the dish doesn't usually have them, however they can be added, so we always note this so they do not add them, this is a dish I order every time from this place) the order arrived and luckily I dumped the container in a different bowl so I could mix it up, and at the bottom of the dish I found shrimp. My wife called and spoke to the manager who swore up and down that she would have the kitchen remake my dish and personally make sure that there was nothing in it this time BEFORE it left the restaurant, it showed up and was LOADED this time with MORE shrimp. I called and spoke to the manager who admitted to me that yes she told my wife that she was going to oversee the kitchen and check it before it left, but then tells me that the kitchen must have gotten busy and that's why it had shrimp in it and so much, but that doesn't explain why it left with it in it when she said she was going to CHECK it before it left the store. She was told this was an antiphallic epipen level both via doordash notes AND verbal by my wife. She had the audacity to ask if I wanted another one made and sent out!!!! I told her no, how could I trust them a third time when she already showed that she could not be trusted...
