Poor Service 4th Time in a row. Pictures show I ordered a certain beverage and as you can see, I received hot milk only....I have ordered the Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal, every time I got to this location in the mornings, and the previous encounter, I received just "ONE" blueberry in the whole pack... Literally, only one blueberry in the entire pack... you would think someone would notice this, when they are placing these packets in the brown paper bag. Also, I received a pack of blueberries that were old, and molded. I called about this the day it happened and nothing could be done... so I was told. I never usually post negative comments or experiences, but this is not the first time it has happened. I am disappointed because a lot of my money has been spent at this location, but the last several visits have been poor. I am not sure if management has changed hands, but this seriously needs to be evaluated. The night I ordered these drinks, the phone was unplugged because I tried calling prior, to make sure they were still open.... I ordered my drinks, an hour before they closed, but the guys at the store acted as if they were about to get off work, as if I was imposing their personal agendas... then I receive hot milk, rather than a hot expresso drink...

Parking lot is a bit awkward to get to the drive through since its connected to another lot, so you have cars sometime fighting to get around eachother. People will cut eachother off in the drive thru if they're not angled just right behind the vehicle in front of them. That makes it difficult for people wanting to get to the other businesses to get through and around, so I've witnessed a bit of road rage in the lot.
I was a little disappointed with how some of the employees behave when you ask about your order. I had a drink that is normally about $9 and it came out to almost $11 so I tried to double check and make sure there hadn't been any mistakes made during ordering, but the girl with glasses in the drive thru window got an attitude and was quite abrasive for simply asking questions. I don't think its unreasonable to ask about an order if something seems off. She got quite short and snippy with me. Usually there is an extremely friendly gentleman at the window that does a fantastic job, but...
Read moreThe workers at this location need a class in customer service. My sister and I walked in, was not greeted by either of 4 (Lyn, Blake, Rey, or Sophie) Baristas working. I don’t know if it was because of the color of our skin or what, but that’s the way it seemed. My sister (a LT in the US Army) was even in uniform and was not greeted. Some Caucasians came in behind us, received the loudest “Welcome to Starbucks” and even had their drinks delivered to them by Blake. My sister and I picked up our drinks from the counter. Another Caucasian couple came in next, they were greeted as well. This is not ok! I’ve traveled around the world, being also a Leader in the US Army (Active Duty home on leave from Overseas), and I’ve never felt this uncomfortable or disrespected. I’ve been a Starbucks gold card holder for 6 years and I will never visit this...
