Came on a Friday and the crowd was busy. Place was very well staffed. I had a pre-paid order but accidentally stood in line versus went to the drive through. Not only was my order not already set up for my time pickup, they had to make the ham salad. The cashier told me it would be 5 minutes later and then 25 minutes later I hear the employees playfully fighting about who is making ham salad. Several employees passed by me and asked me what I needed but nobody cared to follow up. 45 minutes later I started getting peeved and had two employees walk past me and make sly comments such as "oh you're still here?" and "girl you need to leave"(she saw I was getting mad). I got a couple packages of the 1 pound sliced ham. This is enough for my wife myself and my son for a nice sit down ham meal and still leaves a good little bit for a couple of ham sandwiches after. I deducted one star on the food.as this time there was considerably more streaks of fat and gristle throughout all the slices in both packages. Over the years, I've purchased the same kind of packages probably dozens of times These 2 packages were both the fattest ones I've ever received. I kind of feel that when you're paying that premium price per pound for those individual slices, They ought to be the more lean best looking slices of the ham. Instead of one's with excess fat. This is a step or two above a regular sandwich shop. The turkey is real, sandwich sliced turkey - not just processed deli meat. The service was great. One of the girls saw I had a baby and asked if I wanted a high chair. Then she even wiped it off before she brought it out to me. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is that there is nowhere to change a diaper here. There is no changing table, squishy booth seats, or even a carpeted floor. I had to take my baby out to the car to change her. That isn't very convenient when you are the only adult and you have more than one kid with you. But other than that this place...
