Subway — Restaurant in Spartanburg

Never had to leave a review but with a little care for your job & better customer service training this could have been avoided…..This store was very unprofessional, although my fiance and I were first greeted by two ladies when we walked in (one younger in age and the other middle aged, both dark skinned.) neither of which had on any type of professional uniform or name tag. We ordered 3 subs, all the same minus the vegetables on them. My fiance ordered the first two and I went on with mine, I asked for extra toasted and the younger girl didn’t even say anything just put the sandwich in the toaster, then when they came out the older lady had my sandwich, she asked what I wanted on it and I proceeded to tell her everything and when we got to what she thought was the last thing (which was not but I wasn’t tripping, just hungry n ready to go) she closed the sandwich really fast before I could say the next thing. Mind you my fiance and I were the only people so no they were not busy. So here I am, eating for the first time today at 5:40pm a cold, and made with absolutely no love, worst sandwich I’ve ever had from subway (I didn’t think that was possible) seems like their coolers were not temped right, I only say that because their vegetables had frost on them & the peppers were frozen.. save yourself the trip and just go to another subway...

My mom went tonight. They refused to let her order or pay for her sandwich "because the bread wasn't finished cooking" while she was waiting 4 people who knew the girls working come in and we're immediately served, and given extra of any and everything they wanted. They closed at 9:30 my mom wasn't given her food and able to leave until 10pm. She had to flat out say "can I get my sandwich or am I gonna have to beg for it?" Before they would get it for her.

I went to the drive thru earlier around 3pm and while they served the person I'm front of me, they wouldn't even open the window for me, they mouthed "come inside".....um if I were able to come inside, I wouldn't have came to the drive thru to begin with! And at least open the window and tell me to come inside or why you need me to come inside....I just saw you service the car in front of me and youre still standing at the window, ffs.

I don’t want to leave a bad review because I actually do love this location and the people that own it. I do however have a complaint about a certain employee. I don’t have a name sadly, but every interaction I have had with them they have been nothing but rude. She always has an attitude no matter what you do. I had a mobile order today and went through the drive thru to pick it up and she swung the window open and said “what do you want” and when I said I had the mobile order she slammed the window in my face and started throwing my subs into a bag. She then swung the window open and swung the bags out and when I said thank you she slammed the window back shut. You can have a bad day but this has been multiple times. I would fire her if I ran the place. After reading these reviews it seems she is always like that because I know the other employees do not...
