Starbucks — Restaurant in Spartanburg

A girl named Kara took my order, as I was giving it I asked for pumpkin spice, she said it comes that way, I polities said last time I was here I didn’t get any so I wasn’t sure that it came with it, another girl loudly cut in and said I’ll make it personally to make sure it’s on there. I was like ok thank you!! So I’m at the window and they are all giggling and smiling, you could tell they were being sarcastic, but I figured it’s just normal teens. Well lol I was wrong because she popped the top on the pumpkin spice bottle and globbed it on top of my drink. It was terrible, I couldn’t even drink it because the spices were caught in my throat. The girl who made it handed it to the girl Kara who took my order and then she gave it to me. The girl who made just kept snickering and looking in the background. Terrible service. It’s always something at this one every time I come, either they don’t add the Carmel or they don’t add the toppings. Something needs to be fixed. The workers are always helpful and friendly. This is by far the most consistent Starbucks. My drink is always done correctly and ready when I get there. I’m not a fan of what seems to be the new policy at all Starbucks putting straws where the customers cannot self serve. This is not only inconvenient for the customer but also the workers who have to stop what they’re doing to give you a straw. This was the Starbucks on hwy 221. Obvious a bunch of teenagers who have no desire to actually pay attention to the customer orders. They are there for the paycheck. My order was totally wrong. I had ordered a brown sugar white mocha latte. I got maybe a latte with mocha, a lot of mocha, so much I couldn't drink it, and maybe or maybe not any brown sugar syrup. Absolutely terrible.
