This place was HORRIBLE!!! We were looking for a place that sold barria tacos and this came up. The food lacked flavor. We had to add salt and drown the food with hot sauce!!! I noticed the cook wasn't wearing a mask. We asked for water and the server brought plastic cups with 3 very small ice cubes in each cup along with bottles of water for the 3 of us. Come to find out, they charged $1.50 per bottle. I've NEVER paid for water when I dined in at a restaurant. EVER!!!! My daughter asked for more ice and he added 3 more very small ice cubes in her cup.

2 of us ordered burritos... steak for me and chicken for my daughter. The meat was like trying to chew on rocks. We asked why the meat was so hard. Server said they cook it in a skillet and sometimes the cook will walk away from the skillet and it gets hard. He actually told us that. 😬

On top of all of this, they charged a 3% fee for using a debit card. Whaaaat????? He requested to return it to me and I accepted. Note to yourself....only go here if you want bland inedible food, enjoy paying for water, and paying a fee for using debit/credit card. My daughter asked how much we should tip for $65 bill. I suggested $5 since food AND service was very bad and I'm usually a very good tipper!!!

My Wife loves Your Food . But i hate the Service, i stood in your restaurant for half an Hour waiting for service while your employees were there Sitting on the Job no one at the Counter there was one who was preparing order that were coming out and attending to the people whose food was coming out by the kitchen Window she seemed really Busy, but there was one Lady Staring at Me sitting on that Little Table right next to the register talking on the Phone not the store phone taking an order no a personal phone call for 30 mins . I speak Spanish so i know that what she was on the phone for was not as important as doing Her Job .While you have unattended paying customers in the Lobby waiting She couldn't get up to ring me up noooo i had to wait on the Lady Helping everyone else for 30 mins to be done to come help me since the phone call was so important...

This place has the worst customer service and might as well be ran out of someone’s home. I’ve attempted to eat here 2 times and each time I have not been able to get anything because they give the wrong order each time. When I attempt to let them know so they can correct the one item that was wrong, the lady gets an attitude tries to argue with me over what I asked for and then says she’s not giving me the order at all. She tried to issue a refund for less than half of the order, mind you she refused to give me any of the items I paid had already paid for. When I requested the full amount of my refund she threw the money at me and then snatched the bag of food from me. This happened on 2 separate occasions with the same lady. I probably dodged a bullet eating here since there was no soap at all in the bathroom the...
