We recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Adel the owner of John’s pizza for our wedding catering, and I truly cannot say enough about how incredible the experience was from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final bite of the food, the owner above and beyond to make our special day seamless, delicious, and unforgettable. To start we loved the food. however, a friend and I ordered the mozz sticks. As we were eating w/ the marinar I realized there was a huge chunk of ground meat. My friend and I are both vegetarian and no where online or on the menu did it say there was meat. I called to complain(first complimenting al the other food) I was matched with “sorry u don’t like the way we make our food” I said it’s not that, we just would’ve liked to know there was gonna be meat as we haven’t ate meat in years and we’re just forced into doing it 😭 He couldn’t have cared less and told me if i didn’t liek it i could go somewhere else. couldn’t even apologize for the lack of description. I just called which is about 20 minutes before they close to order a cold sub and they won't answer the phone. Typically i don't order there because the food has not been as good as it used to be but they could at least answer the phone during business hours. I only live about 100 yards away and used to love this place. Over time they have given me so many reasons not to go there. Such as running out of fish and chips by six on Fridays and not answering phones within an hour of close. I should mention that the not answering has happened on multiple occasions.
