My wife and I worked with the incredible staff at the Boneyard to bartend our wedding, and I can not speak highly enough about our experience.
From the moment we reached out to inquire about availability, we were met with nothing but attentiveness, care, and high-quality craftsmanship. Dillon, the owner of the bar, worked with us directly to craft the perfect menu and land on all the right details for the night. It was incredibly helpful to us to have someone with his level of expertise and experience guiding us throughout the process, and it genuinely took a huge stress off of our backs leading up to the wedding.
About a month and a half before the wedding, Dillon and Tate had us in to the bar to taste what they had designed for us. All of the drinks were amazing, and it was a super fun experience getting to taste what they had created based on our favorite cocktails.
As far as the day-of itself, the Boneyard team was fantastic. Everything ran smoothly, their estimates for quantity were perfectly calibrated, and they were even gracious enough to continue service for us when we had an electrical malfunction and they found themselves in a corner of the venue with 0 light. I received too many comments to keep track of from guests over how awesome Dillon and Tate were and how tasty the drinks were. Dillon also went out of his way several times throughout the night to come find my wife and I to see if there was anything we needed, and it really meant a lot.
I'd also like to comment on how easy working with the Boneyard made a lot of our other decisions, and how it felt like it really enhanced the night. Not only did they design two amazing signature cocktails, but they also brought a pre-batched N/A cocktail that was absolutely delicious, and they stocked the bar with beer, seltzer, wine, well spirits, and mixers. Basically, anything a guest could have possibly wanted to drink, our bar had, which felt really elevated and special. They also stocked everything for us, meaning that we didn't have to purchase any alcohol in bulk from other locations (or run the risk of being left with a ton of leftover stuff that would take us ages to get through). If you're planning a wedding or party for a large number of guests - our wedding was about 170 people in total, and about 150 adults - this approach alleviates a lot of pressure. Dillon knew exactly how much of everything we needed to have in stock and we didn't have to worry about anything else.
Lastly, Dillon and Tate continued to go above and beyond and left an incredibly thoughtful wedding gift for my wife and I. It was totally unexpected and unnecessary, and we appreciated it a ton. They knew they didn't have to do something like that, but we had a great relationship, and that's just the kind of people that they are.
Ultimately, I can't recommend the Boneyard highly enough. If you're looking for a high-end bartending service for your wedding or event, look no further. You won't find another place in Spokane that is as personable, dedicated to making the day personalized and special to you, or knowledgeable about the craft. I am a huge fan of craft cocktails, so to have drinks of such a high quality at my wedding really meant a lot to me, and Dillon worked really hard to make things as simple as possible for us during a stressful time. (And, as a side note, we love going into the brick and mortar bar, too - so if you haven't been there yet, make the trip! The drinks are outstanding, the prices are reasonable, and the service is second to none.)
Thank you so much to Dillon, Tate, and the rest of the Boneyard team for making our...
Read moreNice little local bar, serving mostly local sourced booze. Great way to promote community. My favorite drink is an Old Fashioned and they did well on making me one. The food offering is small (not saying it is bad) which didn’t interest me. There are promises of ramping up the offering in the future. The atmosphere is nice, however when it gets busy, it gets loud making conversation somewhat difficult.
The short of this is that The Boneyard is still relatively new and will evolve over time to provide more offerings. It is a nice place with friendly people and good drinks. Support your local business - go visit...
Read moreGreat new spot for cocktails and mocktails in Greenacres!
The guys behind Side Hustle Syrups just opened this cocktail bar which also serves food, canned beer, and wine. A group of us ordered the French 75, White Linen, Spokane Mule, and Elderflower Spritz (non-alcoholic). Each drink uses one of the house-made syrups which are phenomenal! We really appreciated the long list of options and that the mocktails were also creatively crafted and not just an afterthought.
The space is open and inviting, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I feel lucky to have these guys in my...
