Usually a great experience. We take the drive through with my wife all the time and love it. Quality service, great coffee- and in all other cases, I'd give a 5 star review.
However- while walking through the neighborhood, we decided to walk in, and ordered some coffee in the lobby. We then proceeded to wait 40 minutes as the drive through was prioritized and over ten vehicles were served before us, which made us run late to a planned event that evening.
I'm usually not picky, but waiting 40 minutes for coffee is unreasonable. Customers should be served in the order of arrival, and customers should not have to wait nearly an hour for coffee.
Other than that, it's a wonderful coffee shop with great service. Just don't walk into the lobby if you're in a rush.
Edit: I've just read similar reviews for this location, so I'm leaving this rating and review until this issue is addressed or resolved. Definitely not deserving of 4.8 stars with such a...
Read moreEvery time I go to wakeup call, I’m asked if my drink is how I like it. It’s always been great and I’ve never asked for it to be remade. But this morning, I could tell by the color of the coffee that it wasn’t going to taste right. The ONE time I’ve asked for it to be remade, the barista was incredibly rude and argued with me about what I ordered and how it was made. I order the same thing every time and I know what it’s supposed to look like. This girl insisted with the nastiest attitude that it was right. She finally suggested that I taste it and I did. It was bitter like I knew it would be. Instead of sitting at the window and arguing more I just said it was fine, apologized and left. Thanks for ruining my morning with a gross coffee and a...
Read moreI grew up in Oregon, and I went to Dutch Bros when it was still one stand. It has been my favorite for over 30 years. I have gone to two separate locations for over 5 years each, not one person remembered my name or order. When I go to wake up call on north pines baristas know my order and I don’t think I’ve even talked to them directly before. No one ever needs to ask for my order, and everyone knows my name. I like every single barista at this store, there is too many to mention! They notice when I’m in a rental, when I started walking instead of driving, and when my dog passed away they were all super caring like family. North Pines wake up call will be the only thing I miss about Spokane when I leave except the river and...
