This Baskin-Robbins has excellent service! It seemed like a popular spot when I visited. There was quite a few customers inside but everyone was taken care of quickly. The location is super clean and I love that every ice cream was marked with flavor, calories and if it was gluten-free. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience and I plan on visiting again!

My mom was able to order easily, grandpa had the cash and on my birthday they picked it up and it was so pretty I hardly wanted to cut into it. As a now 23 year old woman it was still very exciting and thank you for every moment!

BEST ICE CREAM STORE IN SPOKANE! I've been going here for over 20 years, since I was a little kid. All the girls that work there know me, and are so kind and professional. They are amazing. Such a chill place to go. And the boss guy is VERY nice as well. I always give them a tip whenever I have cash cause THEY DESERVE IT! I hope this store is open for a LOOONG TIME! Me and my son go there CONSTANTLY! HE LOVES IT AS WELL! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS EXACT LOCATION! I have met some rude employees at the other Baskin Robbins, mainly the one in North Town and on...Monroe I believe it is. So I never go to those anymore. I would go out of my way to go to this store. My family has been going to baskin robbins since before any of the kids that work there were born. They have always had deep flavor in their ice cream. Tonight we went there and I purchased two double scoop ice creams, and all of them were bad. The Rocky road didnā€™t even taste like it had chocolate in it. It was super fluffy like they added something different to the recipe. My daughter who will eat just about any form or flavor of ice cream threw her double scoop cone in the trash. I return mine into the store, and when I asked the employee if they changed the recipe, she replied with no care or concern. We donā€™t make the ice cream. Very very rude! Will not...

I am a long time customer of this place. It saddens me of the way I was just treated by one of the employees. So much disrespect over asking if she could please split the milkshake in half as I had two Littles with me and a small one is too big for them by themselves. She told me the are not allowed...but...when I was in there on sunday it wasn't a problem. I States this and she said I guess I could give you a second cup and you can split it yourself. Wow! Then turned to the other employee rolled her eyes and said something under her breath. I'm in here all the time...and I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS! IT WILL BE A WHILE BEFORE...
