Worst chick fil A ever... And I'm from Tennessee, so I know what I'm talking about. After waiting a long time in line, I was approached before I got to a menu anf asked what I'd like. I told her I didn't know. I was already feeling rushed, especially the way she approached me. It was friendly or patient, it was as if she didn't want to spend the time to get my order correct. Then she handed me the menu and had this heir about her that rushed me thru, never asking if there's anything else she could get me, rather asking "is that all?" If you've been in customer service you know what I'm talking about. Not to mention I ordered a fair amount (a meal, an extra order of nuggets, a cookie, and extra sauces). And to boot, I said "could I have the smallest order of chicken bites (or whatever they're called) and she said" 5,8,or 30?" Okay, lol, is 30 the smallest? Are you even listening and paying attention to your customers. Then I waited in line, and suddenly all the cars started moving fast as they passed out order after order. Which tells me they're just slamming food out and probably about to mess things up. And sure enough... My sandwich was the wrong one, I had a cup of fries that was barely 2/3 full, my nuggets were small and looked like everyone of them was the end piece/bottom of the bag, and my cookie wasn't even warm. I was actually thinking about getting back into the food industry on the drive thru because I thought to myself "well at least chick fil a will be better than the other rude restaurants I always come across in spokane." But nope, I couldn't imagine having to retrain a whole group of people that are already off base.
I know this is a long post, and probably no one even got this far, but I'm not going to stand for it, and this chick fil A has lost my business. Maybe when I move back to the South I'll give them...
Read moreI have dined everywhere from Mexico to Canada, across the US from Hawaii to Rhode Island, all over the UK, Germany, Switzerland, France and more. What any one person calls great food is subjective as great food for one person may be disgusting to another.
I had been wanting to try a Chick-fil-A sandwich and discern for myself what the all the fanfare was about. It has taken me a while as the Spokane location is near the Y and I live out near 32nd and Pines. As such, the drive is hard to justify but also considering the long waits I’ve read about.
The time is January 2023 and I decided to take the plunge and finally try Chick-fil-A. It was a Tuesday and well past the lunch rush. There was no line and no wait. I had no idea what to order and agreed upon the greeters personal recommendation. I didn’t order anything other than a sandwich. The price was acceptable, the service was fast and the people friendly. I was provided ample sauce and napkins.
The chicken sandwich was good. It wasn’t great or fantastic, but it was good, certainly decently prepared although I could have wolfed down three of them. That said, the size wasn’t terribly impressive.
This review encompasses my first and only visit, going through the drive-thru and ordering one item, so I can’t be overly indulgent in my review and remains limited in context.
It’s a decent bite to eat. I certainly wouldn’t drive that distance again for that dining experience but to get out of the house for something different, it was worth the adventure and the $6.53 ding. I can recommend it if a person is in the area and in the mood for something different from a fast food...
Read moreChick-fil-A is undeniably one of my go-to fast-food places, but this particular location has completely won me over with its outstanding service and mouthwatering food. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuinely friendly attitudes. The customer service was exceptional, making me feel valued and appreciated as a customer.
Not only was the service top-notch, but the speed at which they prepared my order was impressive. My food was brought out promptly, and every bite was a delight. The flavors were on point, and the grilled chicken burger with its generous toppings of fresh tomato slices and ample lettuce leaves made for a truly satisfying meal.
What sets this Chick-fil-A apart from others is the attention to detail. It's evident that they genuinely care about providing a great experience for their customers.
One of my favorite discoveries here was their fruit cups, which were nothing short of amazing. Packed with various fresh fruits, the combination was refreshing and delightful.
The team at this Chick-fil-A deserves accolades for their hard work and dedication. Their commitment to providing excellent service and delicious food truly sets this location apart, making it my number one choice. I'm so impressed by their efforts that I believe they deserve extra recognition, such as a raise or bonus.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a fast-food restaurant that not only serves up scrumptious food but also treats you like a valued guest, look no further than this Chick-fil-A. It has earned its spot at the top of my list, and I'll be returning here for more delightful experiences...
