Last night we went into MOD Pizza we ordered 4 mod pizzas all four of us went through the line we got our seats our name was called went up to go get our pizzas and only three pizzas are up there. when we ordered a man went up and picked up his pizza right before me even though it was my name that was called it wasn't sure if he walked off with our pizza. the lady didn't say anything to him. I said excuse me that we had 1/4 Pizza she said no I don't see a forth pizza and I said well my first pizza says 1 of 4 we're still missing a pizza I said it kind of looks like the pizza that you have on the plate in front of you she said no this is Marshall's Pizza okay well do you know where our pizza went? Said no there wasn't a fourth Pizza. This was kind of frustrating because yes there is four of us and there was a fourth Pizza the lady just said well I guess we're going to pretend your Marshall and you can have Marshalls Pizza sorry but for the price we paid for the pizza or not even the price we paid it's just not acceptable my husband sat down at the table was debating whether or not to go up and ask them to remake it but it was almost 8:30 at night we had a long day we were just trying to get home and I'd already took 15-20 minutes just to watch them make our pizza. In my opinion instead of saying we can pretend you're Marshall she should have offered to remake it or offered a discount because they couldn't find our pizza instead of just letting stand there looking confused and then just had a nice Marshalls Pizza it was a really big disappointment I'm sorry but the staff did not act like this and they should go above and beyond and try to make sure you have a great experience and fix things when needed no just hand you somebody else's pizza and act like we're going to...
Read moreMOD Pizza is a great experience! I've eaten there three days in a row, have taken my wife, kids, and grand babies too! Why? Excellent customer service, ability to create your salads and pizzas, fresh ingredients, hot pizza right out of the oven. The drink selection is diverse (Boyle cream soda is the best-bottled experience, in my opinion); they also have fountain drinks and various teas and lemonade with free refills at 16 and 24oz. They have a great process from ordering, paying, and final product delivery (the right amount of self-service), and they keep it moving, so no long waits. I highly recommend this experience to anyone, but if you have kids who always want different items on their pizza, this is an excellent way for everyone to get what they want. Look to spend about 13-18 bucks per person and a little more depending on drink selection. Still for the experience, the flexibility, speed of service, and quality of food--a no-brainer, completely value-added! Only challenge, where is your military and veteran discount! C'mon now...
Read moreI don't even post reviews but seriously, food was ok, one of our pizzas was burnt. But I tried to dine in with my two children. And I am all for supporting people with disabilities in the work place, there was an obviously mentality disabled young man working there. That's great. And that's not the problem, the problem was he was yelling and screaming, like super loud walking back and forth through the building around the tables the whole entire 35 minutes we sat to eat and kinda rushed to leave, i was like ok i probably wont come back cause.my kids are basically terrified at this point the way he was screaming but then He tried to pick up a strangers child that was following there parent to the bathroom someone's 3/4 old kid just randomly tried to pick them up . The other employees did nothing. I've never seen anything like it. Bizzar behavior to allow in any family establishment i have no issues with disabled peoples but that was extremely inappropriate. I won't be taking my...
