The food is good. Trust that it is spicy so before you decide to show off by eating something hot, be mindful and get a spicy level that you will actually enjoy. My daughter and I really enjoyed our no spice, mild and medium spicy tenders as we watched my husband and son sweat in between bites of their spicy sandwich and medium tender.
The fries are really good but they don’t travel well. They cooled down a lot by time we reached out hotel but the ranch sauce is amazing and would make anything taste amazing.
The waffle was soooooo good, like seriously ya’ll could open up a Waffle House and sell chicken on the side instead of the waffle being a side. # Yummy.
I knew I was going to leave a review as soon as Joelle (Drive-thru employee) gave us some insight into the spice levels. She hands down assured that I would enjoy my food. She has such a great vibe, was super helpful when we had questions ( our first time visiting) and repeated my order perfectly. I have to be honest I hate eating out because a lot of places just throw your food together and you end up paying $15-$20 for instant regret. The entire experience with ya’ll was enjoyable.
Welcome to WA Joelle, AZ lost a good one. We really enjoyed our drive-thru experience and...
Read moreHello this is Adam speaking the person yesterday between 2:30 and 3:30 yesterday that did the Houston we have a problem challenge I am okay are lots of ice cream yesterday. I just wanted to let the team members know that the fire is completely out but that was a very hot lava for a very long time. The reason why I do this is because it's the closest to man versus food thing I can do without overeating. I don't do heavy food eating like what some of those people do on man versus food because of the health risks involving it from obesity so I do it in the form of heat and I've done it both at Buffalo wild wings and now officially at Houston hot chicken. I wouldn't likely recommend it but if anybody wants to do it at their own risk go for it. I do know one of the female employees I don't remember her name but she was young was making sure that I wasn't eating this challenge on an empty stomach and even asked twice and there is also another team member that was wondering are you sure you want to do this. I had the full capacity to make that decision yesterday. But now on a Sunday today I went to wonderland family fun Park that's not much further away today to do something much easier...
Read moreIt's clean inside, but the sun coming in through the front doors makes it pretty hot, and the person working the register was nice enough. It was our first time there, so we decided to go inside and take our time perusing the menu, even though we were taking it home to the family. We were the only people inside and the wait for food took an pretty long time. One of the kids asked for a milkshake but she wasn't with us, and it was handed to us 25 minutes before our food, so it was melted by the time we got it home to her, even though we only live 5 minutes away. She ordered chocolate, but it was just vanilla ice cream with some chocolate syrup decorating it, and she said it tasted mostly like vanilla. The 5 of us all ordered different things; the plain and mild nuggets were both fairly boring, and so were the house fries. We had a medium and a spicy chicken sandwich, and both complained that they were too wet and soggy. The lift-off chicken tenders were apparently fine, though. Our order come to about $100 for five of us, and after our long wait, I was a little resentful to have paid an extra 20% tip...
